Ordered 5 piece chicken tenders. Received 5 leftover crumbs from the fryer no bigger than my thumb and was charged $8.00. Last month I ordered chicken tenders and was told it wasn’t available because it was frozen. Poor customer service.

I can't speak for the other times but the friends i have there in the morning are off the chart, among them Donna D. and Tina B. This might be the only place around to get a well-done biscuit! (others, especially BO, will serve you a half baked rendering to get you in and out fast!) All of us in Walkertown are so fortunate to start our day here. I hope Hardees realizes what we/they have!

Drive thru guy needs some training on how to make sure his miserableness should only stay with him. In the middle of my order he walked away from my order to help someone else then gave me an attitude when I didn’t understand why I had to start my order over

I'd give it a better review except that I came thru the drive thru for lunch, ordered a mushroom swiss.Got back to work to discover a black on one side burger. Sofas forward to dinner time. I decided to bring it back and was not made to feel comfortable for bringing it back. Then wanted to order dinner for my family since I was getting another burger. So, ordered food and after a few minutes decided I'd like a milkshake. To be told no, they are out of ALL three flavors of icecream. Are you kidding me. Lol. What restaurant that sells shakes as a staple doesn't have ANY icecream. Maybe the same one that serves an $8 burnt hamburger.

Food old and cold! Had to wait 7 minutes in driver thru and I was the only one in it! Ordered Chili dog with no onions! Had onions all over it! Had less than 1/2 of teaspoon of chili on it!! Won't be going back !! Thought the Hardee's in Walnut Cove was bad, their both terrible service and terrible food! The people that works at the Walkertown location acted like they could care less if they worked there or not!! So they fixed the food with the same attitude!!

After waiting at the drve thru to order for about 8 min. saying Hello several times, I pulled to the window. George the front manager refused to let the two other team members take my order. The young man said that he didn't hear the bell when I pulled up. George said they heard it and I didn't answer. He didn''t want to give me the manager's name. When I asked him to write the name and number down for me he said you have a camera put it in there. He was told that I have a disability he said "Whatever". After much unpleasant exchange he wrote Johnathan on piece of paper. I was told to come back at 7:00 am the next day to speak to him. Came back the next morning and was told the manager was gone to eat at a nearby rest. Check back. I checked back 3 more times that day and was given flimsy excuses that he had just stepped out. Something is seriously wrong at this location.

My order was incorrect. I would write what needs correcting but I know it wont be resolved. They want reviews that are good not ones that are bad. Forces corporate to do a job but these days no one takes things seriously. You basically get what you paid for.
The prices listed on the drive-through menu are incorrect. You are being charged more than what's shown. This has been brought to their attention multiple times, and it's still not fixed.

New to the area and I was excited about seeing a Hardees so close, as I grew up eating Hardee's in the mountains. Went for breakfast at this location, The food was good and fresh, and the service was friendly and fast.

The employees in the evening time are rude and you can just tell they do not want to be there!! All of the food was awful! Fries were cold and flimsy, chicken tenders were too. I ordered a 5 piece and 3 of the 5 were so small they could have been counted as one! The bacon on our burgers tasted like it was two weeks old and so did the tea! Definitely going back tomorrow and asking for a refund!!
