Usually a great place to eat decent prices for what it is. My main issue is they seem to randomly turn the phones off in the evening. It will be for example 7 pm on a Wednesday and you call up there and it just hangs up on you. And says voicemail not setup call back later? This has happened many times to me. Like I said good place if you can get them to pick up. And they also no longer offer dine in which is sad.
Kaze is a take out only Japanese restaurant located in a small shopping center. I've driven past it many times and today I decided to stop. I got the teriyaki chicken and steak with fried rice mixed vegetables and sweet carrots. It also came with a small side salad for around 13 bucks. The plate was LOADED. They gave you a choice of two sauces I got white and ginger. The food was soooo fresh and bursting with flavor. I am already thinking about how I want to go back tomorrow that's just how good it was. Customer service was on point very friendly cashier. This is definitely my new go to spot for takeout.

So it’s Valentine’s Day & I was trying to do a sweet thing. I ordered a vegetable plate for my vegetarian girlfriend and got home to a chicken and shrimp plate. The food is always great and the people are sweet but I’m highly upset I’m eating a hot dinner while my vegetarian girlfriend is eating the same old stuff. I read off my order a few times because the Togo chick was playing with a kid and I was trying to make sure it was right…. Not cool man.. not cool on all nights. Valentines…

This used to be such a good place to eat at , I gave it 3 final chances and this last time has confirmed that it’s just not what it used to be..I ordered medium well steak and my steak was cooked brown inside , the chicken was dry and had a weird taste, and the noodles were overly soggy .

This company messed my order and would not return it. To my knowledge the manager said she had underage person working the day of my order and that she would you fix however she lied my order was incorrect and uncooked and I could have been sick from the error they refused to refund or correct my order please don't order from them my neighbor lives across the street and recently got sick from the food ordered at the location terrible customer service

Small menu but friendly customer service and the sushi was great. We will definitely come again. Takeout only. They have not reopened the restaurant portion which is disappointing.

Tried to call in my order for pickup..Phone was off the hook.My plan was to grab food from there after picking up a pizza I had ordered.However, because the phone was off.. I decided to stop there before picking up the pizza to place an order for a chicken teriyaki wrap.The chicken teriyaki wrap is advertised on the menu for $4.98. I was charged $4.98 for a chicken wrap, + $0.75 for teriyaki sauce.I place the order, & leave to get my pizza.Once I get back.. had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the wrap.

It says they are open on Mondays on google but they are not. On their door where they have their hours posted it says they are closed on Mondays. Need to update google.
