Today I stopped by for a bountiful breakfast, my glee was overwhelming as it was also the beginning of a new year. The moon glistened overhead and gave hope for what was bound to be an astounding day. Unfortunately my morning was comprised by a simple mistake, the old mistake of receiving a bacon bagel instead of the sausage bagel I was so excited to indulge in. The only thing I must ask is why.. did I do something, does this amuse you, do the gods confuse the echoing of agony in my heart for the sounds of church bells, does the despair in my soul create a rhythmic beat for them to dance to. What have a done to deserve such pain?

Food and whatnot is whatever. Standard mcdonalds service. What really takes it out of me is when a plain biscuit is 2.00 which is 90 cents higher than in Greensboro on average. Paid like 1.79 for an egg and cheese. Same thing here is 3.19. I don't even feel like looking at anything else on the menu here for this reason.

Idk whats going on there BUT, Every time we go there we have to wait at least 20 minutes for our food. No one ever knows who gets what food when they are bringing it to the 5 cars waiting. It's never hot. The fries are always greasy and cold. If my little kid didn't want a happy meal, we would not go back.

This place does not care about their customers. They don’t actually read the ticket. I put in a mobile order for a bacon, egg and cheese bagel with a normal egg folded. Don’t understand why they cannot get eggs right at this place if you can’t get eggs, right you probably shouldn’t be in the kitchen, if you can’t read the ticket, you probably shouldn’t have a job and they don’t care when they mess up.

I always get the same thing here for my family and I and they always forget the sweet and sour sauce that I ask for even with nuggets. This McDonald's owes me at least a box of sweet and sour sauce that's how much they they forget. Also the fries are always undercooked here and the burgers are just slapped together so when I open my burgers they are falling apart. I just am so tired of asking for sauce and never getting it.

Pickle girl here I door dashed from here and I got my order, my medium fry wasn't even filled up all the way and not to mention how cold the were. On top of that my 20 piece nuggets were somehow burnt and cold at the same time. I work fast food myself and I don't hate my life that bad to give someone horrible food. I would say I don't usually have this problem but I can't cuz it happens alot. There's only one manger there that actually helps and she makes sure everything is right.
