Miso’s Ice Cream

This is the spot!! If you're a fatty or an ice cream enthusiast, as I consider myself to be both, in 1... U will love Miso's! They sell Hershey's ice cream and it's is by far the superior ice cream! Banana pudding is def my favorite!!

Little blue panda flavor is my favorite It is genuinely so good and also the workers are super nice. Great customer service and atmosphere this place is seriously my favorite ice cream shop. I have to drive 35 minutes each way to get there, but I would 100% do it again.

Amazing ice cream, tons of flavors to pick from, great customer service and atmosphere! One of the girls stood out and was working very hard (the only one actually getting everyone’s ice cream). I asked her for her name because she deserved to be recognized, she said it was Kaylee. Thanks for a great experience!

Good ice cream but surprisingly pricey. For three people to get sundaes or dishes, it was about $35. 😬

We stopped in to get ice-cream and they have a bunch oh great looking 🍨 it is a little on the high side but their sundaes are pretty big and very good. The staff are all friendly and quick to make your order. We would definitely recommend Miso's Ice Cream

when i wake up and i think about misos ice cream im just like MMMMMMMHH YUMMIIIII!!! it makes me SO EXCITED!!! THE JOY i quit my JOB to come here one time. i love watching that creamy line of icey cream come out the machine into my cone MY LONG CONE AND ITS SO GOOD!1 I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!

Great place! Clean, nice staff. My kids loved the ultimates and the many ice cream choices. The strawberry sky high Sunday was amazing. We will be back.

We love this place! Best around! We are always greeted with a friendly welcoming and smiles when we come in and all the girls that work there are so sweet and nice! They have so many flavors and a lot of treats to pick from. The atmosphere is the little town family vibe. I cannot rate this place high enough! Keep up the great job!

I wanna start by saying if I could leave zero stars I would but, As a DoorDash driver, I’ve been to many places to pick up orders, but my experience at Miso’s Ice Cream was one of the worst I’ve had. 😤

When I arrived, the order wasn’t ready, so I went to sit and wait. No big deal—until I witnessed something that honestly broke my heart. 💔

A mother came in with her young daughter, who clearly had a disability, and ordered ice cream. The little girl was excited but needed a little extra time to decide. Instead of being patient, the girl behind the counter rushed her, making her anxious. The little girl started to cry, overwhelmed by the pressure. 😞

Rather than handling the situation with kindness, the employee got frustrated, went to the back, and brought out another girl to help. The mother, clearly upset, did her best to console her daughter, but it was heartbreaking to watch. No child should be made to feel like they are an inconvenience.

This place seriously needs to train their employees better. Watching them be impatient and dismissive toward a child—especially one with a disability—was unacceptable. Kids deserve kindness, not frustration. Do better, Miso’s. 👎

Terrible Experience at Miso’s Ice Cream

I had an awful experience at Miso’s Ice Cream, and I won’t be returning. The staff, mostly teenagers, were incredibly unprofessional. First of all, the girls were wearing shorts that were far too short and inappropriate, especially for a family-friendly environment where kids are present. It’s really uncomfortable for parents and kids to see.

To make matters worse, they rushed my daughter while she was trying to pick her flavor, and the stress made her so frustrated that she ended up crying. Instead of being understanding, they continued to hurry her along, showing no empathy for a child who was upset.

On top of that, the employees were loudly gossiping about store drama in front of customers, which is absolutely unacceptable. We don’t come to an ice cream shop to hear about the staff’s personal issues. It was unprofessional and ruined the experience.

Please avoid this place if you value good customer service and a pleasant environment for your family. There are plenty of other ice cream shops that treat their customers with respect.

Horrible service ! Employees are rude & disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money.
