I love Miso's. We take our 7 year old here all the time. The girls who work there are very nice. There are sooo many different flavors of ice cream to choose from.

(8/27/23) Do not believe the posted hours. Close at 10pm, I show up at 9 pm and the doors are locked with customers eating out front and employees inside, one of which was getting ready to leave and came to the door to tell me they were closing early due to short staff? Looks like they had staff but didn’t want to stay til 10 so they decided to close. Not very welcoming. I’ve been coming here for some time, love the product. But this is the second poor encounter I’ve had here and if there is a third I won’t be back

Has anyone been to miso’s ice cream and had a GOOD experience? We door dashed sundaes last week and when I mixed the peanut butter sundae up I found a long black hair mixed in. Things happen, we were willing to give them a second try. We ordered plain vanilla ice cream tonight and another sundae and I’ll be damned if there wasn’t another long black hair. ? what are even the chances? Thankfully we found both hairs before eating any of it but it has got to have low cleanliness/health code standards because we’re 2/2 now.
