I’ve been in Kville for 10 years. Decided to go to this location, (finally..don’t know why I’ve never been). I’m originally from SoCal, and my man is from TX, so we know good Mexican food. Hands down, this place is best I’ve been to in this area. We had chips and salsa almost before we sat down. Waiter (Gustavo I think his name was), was super friendly, and helpful, and went above and beyond for us. The food was awesome, and the service exceptional. Not to mention, the reasonable price… and it was with 3 beers!!! We thought they didn’t charge us for something initially. lol. Anywhoo…highly recommend. Stupidly forgot to take pictures, but my Tejano man said he wished he could’ve hugged the cook!! ?

Love this place! Our go-to when we don't know what to do for lunch or dinner. Always delicious, fresh, generous portions, fast service and super friendly staff. We used to live by the Country Club location in Winston Salem and they were fantastic as well. We are so thrilled there is a location here in Walkertown as well!! Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian portions are huge and filling! Just as delicious and well prepared as meat options.

My favorite Mexican restaurant! Best salsa around, so much flavor and just enough spice!!Vegetarian options: Veggie tamales and veggie peluza are both really good!Parking: Huge shopping center parking lot, never overly crowded.Kid-friendliness: Many good options for kids at a great price.

While the service at this Mexican restaurant was commendable, my dining experience left me somewhat disappointed.The Molcajete plate left me underwhelmed. I believe simplicity can sometimes be key, and in the case of this dish, the addition of "caldo" or "frijoles with caldo" seemed unnecessary. The shrimp, chicken, and meat were drowned in broth, leaving them tasteless and uninspiring.If I could offer a suggestion to the restaurant, it would be to serve the Molcajete plate with the grilled shrimp, chicken, and meat in their pure form, without the excessive broth. This might enhance the overall flavor and appeal of the dish.While my personal taste might not align with the majority who love this place, I believe there's potential for improvement. It's a place with promise, but a few adjustments in the kitchen could elevate the dining experience for all patrons.
