This location didn’t read the order I had placed and while the food is fine I am missing the Dr. Pepper and the two extra garlic dipping sauce. The only reason I’ve given a 3 star review instead of lower is because the GM was helpful and is refunding me for the Dr. Pepper, I’m not going to ask for a refund on the missing dipping sauce because it’s not as much as the Dr. Pepper

The store located in walkertown is outstanding ? during the superbowl I pre-order for 6:00 pm but they delivered at 4:00pm(early)so they apologized and told me to call them later if my rewarming doesn't work and reorder at no charge and I did just that.... and they did just want they said they would do....outstanding customer service..... ?

I’m a door dasher and two girls working handed my customers food to another door dasher without checking the app like they are required to do so my customers lost 40 dollars because they didn’t do their job and I lost money because of it they do not need to be working here if they can’t do their job correctly.

Ordered $260 worth of pizza for a Christmas party and the lady there was rude on the phone to my cousin who ordered and I went to pick up the order. She was by herself so I could see the stress out big order the day before Christmas Eve would've put on her but no need to be rude. And we were given 5 medium pepperoni pizzas instead of larges. Didn't get the receipt for that order (ordered 2 separate orders since we had a big order) and was not told about the mix up.
This papa John's seems to think that "Light Sauce" means no sauce. At all. Normal sauce is overly sauced, light sauce has none. Can't get anything in between.

This location don't read or something. We stopped ordering popcorn a few years ago because they put peppers in the box we asked not to put them in there well all 3 times poof there was those stinky peppers all back and we'll ok the 2nd was just cheese we ordered. Pepperoni ... Well 2nd time se issue and same on Third one . Can't do peppers allergic the smell is bad we called the order in because we thought real ppl would get this right but nope
