Called and place my food through the phone , using the papa John’s number ! Whoever the guy that answer the phone says my order was messed up they sending it back out but never even came ! When I called back an hour later an ask where is the remake that he supposed to send back out never came to me at all so I canceled my order all he all to say was sorry please don’t expect no food delivery from this company they have one driver and that driver mess up more than anything run from this place

This location didn’t read the order I had placed and while the food is fine I am missing the Dr. Pepper and the two extra garlic dipping sauce. The only reason I’ve given a 3 star review instead of lower is because the GM was helpful and is refunding me for the Dr. Pepper, I’m not going to ask for a refund on the missing dipping sauce because it’s not as much as the Dr. Pepper

The store located in walkertown is outstanding ? during the superbowl I pre-order for 6:00 pm but they delivered at 4:00pm(early)so they apologized and told me to call them later if my rewarming doesn't work and reorder at no charge and I did just that.... and they did just want they said they would do....outstanding customer service..... ?
