I have been eating here for year. Ordered takeout tonight and got home with it only to find out the order wasn’t correct. After calling them in efforts to exchange the incorrect food for the correct food, they attempted to upcharge me $5.99 for a sauce change. Will not be coming back, the foods not that good.

Very poor quality food, service mediocre Definitely NOT italian, dried over cooked calamari, pasta dish bland tasted old and over cooked. Took some friends there, they could not even eat their food it tasted so bad! DO NOT GO there. Terrible atmosphere pizza that looks like old pizza hut .

We have eaten here several times and it is 2 minutes from our house. We will not be back. This is what the buffet at 6:30 on a Saturday for most of the hour or so we were in the dining room also, no plates to even eat on at one point, no lettuce, cheese or egg on the salad bar as well as the ham looked brown and old.
We talked to one of the managers, Cory, and told him we wouldn’t be back, because we didn’t feel like what was on the Buffett was not worth what the charge to eat His response to us was, if you don’t come back it’s okay and repeated this at least 2 times. WOW!
Trust me we won’t come back, with management like this, they won’t be here very much longer.
And.. their signs say they are increasing prices July 1st.

Buffet closes at 2:00 we got there at 12:45. Was told by manager that they would make more pizza. Only brought 2 pizzas and 1 order of cheese bread the entire time we were there and we weren’t the only party eating buffet. Manager lied and is very rude to customers. Will not be getting anymore of my family’s money.

Waitresses were too busy on their phones. Was told at 7pm that there would be no more pizza put out on the buffet. Salad was slimy. Had to go to the cash register and wait for someone to acknowledge me so I could get my drink refilled after already waiting 15 minutes at my table and another 10 at the register. Very disappointed with this location. It use to be so much better. What happened?
