Buffet closes at 2:00 we got there at 12:45. Was told by manager that they would make more pizza. Only brought 2 pizzas and 1 order of cheese bread the entire time we were there and we weren’t the only party eating buffet. Manager lied and is very rude to customers. Will not be getting anymore of my family’s money.

Waitresses were too busy on their phones. Was told at 7pm that there would be no more pizza put out on the buffet. Salad was slimy. Had to go to the cash register and wait for someone to acknowledge me so I could get my drink refilled after already waiting 15 minutes at my table and another 10 at the register. Very disappointed with this location. It use to be so much better. What happened?

Called at 4pm to see what time the buffet opened. Was told 5pm so we arrived at 5:01pm. We decided to leave at 5:30pm because no pizzas had been placed on the buffet. I would have given grace if the pizzas were 10-15 minutes late, but after 30 minutes there was still no pizzas ready for the buffet. There was a total of 3 tables, 8 customers in total, so they were not slammed inside.We offered to pay for our single salad and 2 drinks. They didn't charge us for drinks, yet our total was $12. Be cautious when you go.

I had the pleasure of trying Piccolo Milano's pizza this weekend. It reminded me of the taste of a New York pizza with its thin, crispy crust, tasty cheese and fresh toppings. Great and generous experience that left me craving more of their delicious slices. Can't wait to try more!

Went for a take out salad bar and was very disappointed, the lettuce had too much old brown lettuce in the pail and it was cull at best. The toppings were fine but when I went to check out an older man came running to the register and shouted at me saying he had to charge me $1.50 more than the already price of $9.99 for the salad cause he INSISTED that I over loaded the bowl. A couple years ago the bowls were much bigger and now you got smaller ones and you want to upcharge for them. It was very disrespectful to any paying customer at best, especially when there's other customers around you. I used to enjoy going here but it will be a COLD DAY before that happens again...

I called and I was being polite the man who answered was being disrespectful and rude.We were asking to see how much the prices were and he yelled at me and didn't want to take my order and hung up on me. I called again and ordered a pizza he was still being rude. When I went to go pick up the pizza he gave me a dirty look. Pizza tasted old and it was really hard. I will not be coming back to this place again. If I could give a zero star review I would.

This was the worst meal I have ever had here. Their cheeseburger is normally delicious, but today was horrible. The top bun was so hard that I couldn't even bite through it. The bottom bun was so soggy that I couldn't pick it up and the burger was tough and chewy. I hoping this was a fluke because I like eating here, but I guess we will just have to see.
Food was eh, okay... not very comfortable, more of a cafeteria setting... food was cold coming out of the kitchen.. somewhat satisfied

I've only gotten take out so far, but it's been great both times. They load you up on toppings and cheese which is always a must for me with a good pizza place. Beyond that the deserts are house made not cisco delivered and they are kind and patient. Will be returning many many times. I'll just have to ask them to overbake my pizza because I prefer a crisper crust.

If you're looking for great pizza this is the place. If you're looking for friendly courteous environment go somewhere else. We eat here weekly, most of the time to go. During our most recent visit the employee running the cash register thought a tip that was given on a takeout order was not enough and expressed her opinion out loud unnecessarily. So again if it's professionalism you're looking for you'll want to go somewhere else.
