this pizza hut robbed me, i ordered online and the total was $7.48 and a day later the charge updated to $16 and i did not authorize a tip and it put my account into the negative. i’ve called 4 times and every time i was told to give 24-48 hours for the manager to get in contact with me and they still haven’t, it’s been 2 weeks and my bank keeps charging me overdraft fees. this location will rob you, don’t order from here.

I normally go to this location once or twice a week. Today was a complete disappointment. I ordered a large cheese with extra sauce. Got the cheese no extra sauce. They can't even get my first name right. The pizza was burnt disgusting. Usually they get my order right. I don't plan on ever coming back. Really sad because the guy who normally makes my pizza always does an amazing job. I like my pizza just right not over cooked. The birds will enjoy it.

Employees are nice, but the food was disappointing and not good at all. It’s not as good as other Pizza Huts. They don’t follow instructions to well. No extra marinara like I asked, barely any! How in the world do you mess up cinnamon sticks?! I know for a fact I’m not returning to this location.

This pizza huts employees are constantly parking in the space that is designated for the Chinese restaurant next door. It’s a 15 minute parking only spot and they only get like 2. It’s not for employees to park, not delivery drivers and especially not for the whole shift of someone making pizzas. Do t they have behind the plaza parking? Either way, you can’t park there.

Waiting in the hospital as I write this review, all family I invited tonight got sick with upset stomach and vomiting almost an hour later after eating the pizza from this place, also I sent an email to corporate few weeks ago complaining about not receiving complete my order and the manager told to drive to the store to get a cash refund since they wasn’t able to refund directly to my card (both occasions has been delivered due to our busy schedule)
Most of the time you get fast service except high school football night Friday's. Usually a long wait time.

Management ( female) act like they don't care and too busy to speak about concerns with customers!! Smh... Love the food, but I would love it even better if I would get my entire order without having to call back...

Order was placed online and when it was delivered, part of the order was missing. Asked the Door Dash delivery driver Manolo R about the missing items and he stated the staff did not provide the missing items. He said it was nothing he could do but to contact the store. Contacted the store and notified of the items missing from the order that were not delivered. The smart mouthed female employee stated that they were busy and I would not receive the missing items. I replied to her to either deliver the missing items or I would contact corporate. She stated do what you need to do and hung up the phone. Corporate has been contacted about the poor customer service skills of this employee and the theft that took place by failing to provide the services that were paid for.
Tried several times to place order online, but didn’t give any confirmation. Then called and was on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up and went to the store to order. Ordered original crust, pepperoni with extra sauce, but got hand tossed and no extra sauce. This is the second time and won’t be back. Noticed it showed 5 stars, but is not right.
