Waiting in the hospital as I write this review, all family I invited tonight got sick with upset stomach and vomiting almost an hour later after eating the pizza from this place, also I sent an email to corporate few weeks ago complaining about not receiving complete my order and the manager told to drive to the store to get a cash refund since they wasn’t able to refund directly to my card (both occasions has been delivered due to our busy schedule)
Most of the time you get fast service except high school football night Friday's. Usually a long wait time.

Order was placed online and when it was delivered, part of the order was missing. Asked the Door Dash delivery driver Manolo R about the missing items and he stated the staff did not provide the missing items. He said it was nothing he could do but to contact the store. Contacted the store and notified of the items missing from the order that were not delivered. The smart mouthed female employee stated that they were busy and I would not receive the missing items. I replied to her to either deliver the missing items or I would contact corporate. She stated do what you need to do and hung up the phone. Corporate has been contacted about the poor customer service skills of this employee and the theft that took place by failing to provide the services that were paid for.
Tried several times to place order online, but didn’t give any confirmation. Then called and was on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up and went to the store to order. Ordered original crust, pepperoni with extra sauce, but got hand tossed and no extra sauce. This is the second time and won’t be back. Noticed it showed 5 stars, but is not right. CAN’T GIVE ANY STAR!

Ordered med 2 top pan pizza 2 ff we got the pizza fine and then 1 box ff they said when we called they put both orders in 1 box we are2 ppl auln wanted ff and I wanted mine it would be good to correct this round 2 pizza was ok but ordered a reg and a dietdr pepper came and had no diet but 2 regular we called and was told they don't carry diet yet the app says they do

Do not go there. Ordered a pizza , got to the location. They could not find my pizza the manager was very rude. I had to call the Sheriffs dept out there to get a refund. Tried to call the area manager, he didn’t seem to care what happened in his store and never called me back. Did I also mention the manager had a shower cap on. I guess this is the new uniforms. Complete 3 ring circus up there.
Tried to order online but the site didn’t show the order complete like a confirmation number. Typed my debit info again tapped “place order” still no confirmation, retyped everything again two more times then took a look at my Bank account and was charged 5 times. Ran down here to make sure they haven’t made me 5 mediums and the very nice lady upfront said they didn’t even receive my order and politely asked me to wait and then gave me my order for free EVEN when I demanded to pay!! That’s great service!
Side note** Way too many flies flying in the sitting area

Put onions on my order when I asked for no onions. Please read order directions more carefully next time. Also, tell corporate to fix your ordering website - soda selections are broken.
