Went through this line twice today. The first order was the number 1 crunchy supreme tacos with a Pepsi. The tomatoes were missing but hey I still ate it.
The second visit I ordered the same and yeahhh there were tomatoes!!šŸ… I also ordered a Chicken Quesadillas and it was burnt!! šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™€ļønot cheesy and dried up burnt. I decided to suck it up and eat it anyway šŸ™„

Ordered 16 tacos and got 8 of them. Food just thrown in the bag. Combo meal not in the box like other TBs do. Then, get an attitude when called out on it. 48.08 dollars spent bunch of incompetent people here.

Curtis working the drive Thur. Black male gang tattoos all over his arms. Shirt untucked. I pull up to window he does not greet me just yells out the price. I give him my card. He hands me my drink with ice. I ordered no ice. I said this drink is not supposed to have ice. He gave me the worst look ever. Then holds out his hand and keeps repeating give it to me give it to me. I hand him the drink he throws the drink into the trash with force. Angry body posturing the whole time. Then he gives me the new drink and never once said anything. I then received my food and he shuts the window never ask me if I need any sauce or anything. Then he proceededs to take an order and finally looks over and sees I’m still sitting there. He opens the window and says yeah what you need. I said well I’d like mild and hot sauce. He then gives me one small handful of about six sauces. Now I order 12 soft and a Mexican pizza. Six sauces are not enough but honestly with his body language and attitude I just drove off. And it was not busy at all I was the only one at the restaurant until before I left another car pulled up to order. This is the kind of stuff that pisses ppl off that just spent 29 bucks on cold tacos.

Customer service was not good at all the manger was yelling at me through inner call once I pulled in then he proceeds to keep on yelling at me when I aware that the inner call was not working And when I proceeded to tell him, he keeps on telling me that they already had customers that came through, but I was telling him that it was not working from my point of view. He did not want to take my order at all from the beginning because of how big my order was.

Cinnamon Twists were cooked in old oil. I took mine inside after picking up at the drive thru. Apparently they had gotten several complaints and instead of changing the oil, they just kept using it.

Terrible service. We put an order in on the kiosk and they said they never got the order. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. I finally went to check on it and they told us that they never received our order and they didn't have any more black beans. I said that's fine then we just want our money back and the manager on duty said anything over $20 has to be approved by the GM but they weren't there. So, basically, we couldn't get our food and we couldn't get our money back. After the manager stood there trying to figure out why the order never printed, another employee magically found our food. It was made 25 minutes ago. We took our cold food and left. Maybe if the employees weren't going outside smoking weed and were paying more attention to the customers our food would have never been "lost" to begin with. I will make sure to never stop at this location again. Good luck if you do.

Went through the drive thru tonight 8/11/24 for dinner.
Completely messed up our order!
Ordered a nacho bell grande - add chicken even said ā€œbeef and chickenā€. I got tomato’s, cheese and a tiny squirt of sour cream with one tiny little piece of chicken and NO beef!
The chicken quesadilla had 2 tiny pieces of chicken in it and the 3 soft tacos with beef and cheese were not even in our bag, instead we got some type of chicken and jalapeƱos.
We didn’t even get the tacos that came with our meals!
What a complete mess and disappointment!

Hit or miss when you go. Last night I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes from the time I gave them my name at the speaker (ordered ahead on the app) to when I was leaving. Part of my order was forgotten (did not receive an order id cinnamon twists). Then when I got home and unwrapped my 2 tacos, they were crumbled. Horrible experience and this Taco Bell needs to do better!

Very rude. Was told they were out of ones so they could not take cash. I told them I had ones fives and tens and I could make exact change. I was told they could not serve me still with no explanation. I can’t believe how rude we were treated. I do not recommend visiting this location.
