Went through the drive through. Our order was wrong. Cool, it happens. More often than not, but we still gonna be positive.

Went in to ask for missing items. All 7 people behind the counter minus one looked at me like they had no idea what to do. Just stared, laughed, and talked. Like it was an inconvenience that i came in and asked for my missing items that i paid for.

I dont know what the issue is with this location throughout the years but it's always been terrible and we continue to try to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Not doing it anymore.

The drive though took forever and they just hand up your food and dont say anything not friendly at all friendly goes a long way in customer service I was very polite to them

The fries were cold. a slick spot over by the soda machine told tell them and all they said was okay. I haven't eaten in a while but it seems like the burgers got smaller

Sleeping Comfortably

Hi I understand this location is getting some bad reviews by the look of it. I just popped in to say my experience was perfect. I stopped in for a burger and the lady at the counter, Vicky, actually remembered the way I like to burger made (from the last time I stopped by weeks ago). The customer service was happy, fun to interact with, and the burger was great! Thank you to Vicky and the crew for a great visit!

I’ve ordered through the drive thru and the app. My order has been wrong every time. The staff consistently is using profanities and gives an attitude when you ask to correct the orders.

UPDATE: Stopped yesterday afternoon August 18 2015, for a Frosty. This time the entire Frosty system was down or mix not available. This is twice this restaurant has failed. Won't be trying this store anymore.

This place was not only nice while going through a busy drive thur it was the first place I have seen in over seven years that somebody had a hairnet. I am so glad to see somebody actually care.

This Wendy's is so bad for orders. I am basically done with this location which is a shame because it is about 4 miles from my house. In the last 3 times ordering they have given me a single withcheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickle instead of the Baconator that I ordered. Which only sucks in that I hate lettuce tomato and pickle. It has no bacon and is missing a patty. At this point, I can only blame myself for ordering again and thinking maybe this time they will get my order right. But disappointed again. I will just have to start going to Cook Out more often. At least they can get my order right.

If you don’t mind having your order completely screwed up and paying for food you don’t receive, then by all means, please pull right on up to the drive-thru. This restaurant is very consistent at one thing… GETTING EVERY ORDER WRONG!!!
