Sleeping Comfortably

Hi I understand this location is getting some bad reviews by the look of it. I just popped in to say my experience was perfect. I stopped in for a burger and the lady at the counter, Vicky, actually remembered the way I like to burger made (from the last time I stopped by weeks ago). The customer service was happy, fun to interact with, and the burger was great! Thank you to Vicky and the crew for a great visit!

I’ve ordered through the drive thru and the app. My order has been wrong every time. The staff consistently is using profanities and gives an attitude when you ask to correct the orders.

UPDATE: Stopped yesterday afternoon August 18 2015, for a Frosty. This time the entire Frosty system was down or mix not available. This is twice this restaurant has failed. Won't be trying this store anymore.

This place was not only nice while going through a busy drive thur it was the first place I have seen in over seven years that somebody had a hairnet. I am so glad to see somebody actually care.

This Wendy's is so bad for orders. I am basically done with this location which is a shame because it is about 4 miles from my house. In the last 3 times ordering they have given me a single withcheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickle instead of the Baconator that I ordered. Which only sucks in that I hate lettuce tomato and pickle. It has no bacon and is missing a patty. At this point, I can only blame myself for ordering again and thinking maybe this time they will get my order right. But disappointed again. I will just have to start going to Cook Out more often. At least they can get my order right.

If you don’t mind having your order completely screwed up and paying for food you don’t receive, then by all means, please pull right on up to the drive-thru. This restaurant is very consistent at one thing… GETTING EVERY ORDER WRONG!!!

We just left here and they didn’t give us half our order. When we went inside to get 4 of our missing sandwiches, they acted liked they had no idea what we were talking about and then gave “extra” (our) original sandwiches to the car behind us. Awful service and not organized!!!!

They never have baked potatoes and chili, were not accepting cash, fries were cold and were short and curt when I asked about the outages. They should close this store if they can't do any better

Absolutely disgusting service. I pulled up to the drive through and waited like 5 minutes for someone to speak. Finally when they did, they address me by saying “go ahead witcha order please,” with a rude and nasty and impatient tone. Never eating here again. I’m so sick of getting terrible service from Wendey’s

If I could give less, I would. No line, I ordered a plain jr bacon biggie bag and a frosty for my child. They pulled us to the side, never came for almost 30 mins. I go inside after seeing two of the staff with headsets come out hand clapping. Food not ready, employees trying to fight and cursing loudly in the dining room. Manager apologizing because she claims she was in the office and didn’t know they had orders.

They need to tear this place down and put something else there with better ownership, management and ethics. Reminds me of the Bojangles that’s near.
I’ve lived here 6 years and they have yet to get any order right.

Avoid the ghetto and just go to cookout.
