Came thru drive thru to get 2 biggie bags I was told to pull off to the side that they were waiting on fresh hamburgers to come up. Waited for about 10mins . I get home fries were old and cold burgers were not fresh after i was told that they were cooking some. This Wendys needs to be under new managment and knows what good customer service is.

Been here several times late at night but before they are closed and they just don't bother responding to the drive thru and keep the inside locked up, the dude went outside passed someone a bag of food and turn and looked directly at me sitting at the drive thru teller then went inside (this was a 10:40) 10:55 still no answer, I pulled off and went to cookout instead..

Every Wendy's we visited on a recent trip in 4 states had issues with their Frosty Machines! Guess what were not stopping anymore!

That Stupid Redneck

Food is NASTY, management is god AWFUL and the speed of the drive through SUCKS. They literally had to renovate to entire building because of cockroaches and rats. NO JOKE. Most of the employs are cool and friendly. But the managers are really what makes this place awful. God forbid you have to get a refund, that's hell in and of itself.

If you want food poising and awful service, this is the place to go.

Parking: Don't worry about parking, nobody really wants to eat inside with the cockroaches and rats.

Ordered a sweet tea and I'm pretty sure they gave me old mop water in a cup with ice. The lady would not take the drink back nor get me a new drink. Had an attitude and said that it was the new sweetener.

Went thru the drive thru to pick up food for my self and the family. Both employees that I interacted with was not very nice. Really rude and acted as if they didn’t want to take our order. Also had to wait about 10 minutes for our food. Food finally was brought out but didn’t bring the drinks. I asked the young lady about them and she acted as if it was a burden to go get them. Lastly the drinks when I got them were not full and not all correct. Ask for sweet tea and got unsweetened and ask for Dr Pepper and got Coke. I do not recommend going to the Wendy’s in Walkertown. Rude employees that don’t do their jobs but wa t to make top dollar an Hr!!

If you want to get receive an attitude or have a mess to clean up in your car, this is the place to go. I’m writing this review because multiple times now I have been handed a drink or frosty through the drive thru window that was overflowing, leaking, or didn’t even have the lid on, which then immediately causes a mess in my lap and my car. Then if you ask for napkins to clean it up, there’s an attitude problem. I tried calling the store first about this, but no answer. And I wasn’t given a receipt so I can’t do an online survey either. It’s not that hard to make a drink without making a mess, or even cleaning the mess up before handing it out to customers.

Second week I’ve came to this Wendy’s and have yet to get food from there. Now I don’t normally do reviews because I know it’s annoying looking at people complain but closed at 8:30?! There’s absolutely no one on the schedule that can work today? Are you guys closing down? One week it was “we only take cash” .. the next week they’re closed at 830pm with no sign on the door or anything stating the reason they’re closed. Does the GM know this?

Rude people in drive thru ,(bald lady) I asked for one second to determine what I wanted . She wouldn't give a min. I drove off and she flipped me off cussing me out..whoever has a franchise with this place made me look into their employees.Wow that place is going to go out of business with people like that working there. They don't care so why give em a paycheck. ✌️
