This location has never been the greatest. I’ve always had issues with service, the food is always good. I decided to give this store one last chance tonight.I haven’t been to this location in about 2 years, I must say tonight I was extremely satisfied. Although they seemed understaffed everything was perfect! To whomever the manager on duty was I appreciate the great experience you all gave me tonight, I will be returning!

I never leave reviews but this place was great. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and quick turnaround

Michael and Amanda are top tier at this place! Came in right as they were about to close and both had good moods going for em! I tired to do the survey online but wouldn’t work PLEASE FIX IT so these hard workers can get the credit they deserve! These 2 always are super nice and friendly every time I come here no matter what the time or day is so props to yall keep up the hard work it’s people like you that makes a difference when someone may be having a rough day!

Customer service and manager are HORRIBLE!!! I placed my order like I always do. And they told me that I couldn’t upgrade my drink to a frozen lemonade. I explained to them that I do that literally every time I come there. They still refused. I said so it’s ok every other time but not this one?? The manager then comes over the speaker and was very rude and got into a screaming match with me. Wouldn’t give me the frozen lemonade and made my child cry. All over ice! She does not belong in management or customer service because she obviously doesn’t know how to treat customers. I hope Zaxbys take these reviews seriously and does something about it before they lose anymore business because I certainly will never eat here again

Everything is Shrinkflation. If you want to charge the prices you do for a salad, please continue to give customers enough chicken. It's now cut into tiny tiny pieces, hardly none. A 12.00 salad should be more meatier. I will not patronize Zaxbys anymore.
