This is one of the best fast food restaurants in Walkertown! They have a limited time item right now, the Chicken Philly. It is one of the best fast food meals I’ve ever had.The drive-thru staff has always been very kind. I’ve never had an issue at this store. Definitely recommend this Zaxby’s if you’re eating fast food in the area.

This place is nasty. There is a puddle of water in the floor, trash everywhere, almost every table is dirty, and the drink machine looks like it doesn’t get cleaned ever. If this is what the dining room looks like, I’d hate to see the kitchen. I don’t have an appetite now.Employees are friendly.

Went inside to order stood there for 10 min before anyone asked to take my order and food took a long time to
I had a large order, and I tried several times to use the app. When that didn't work I went to the restaurant. Ok, so I immediately tell the employee about my large order. He does, pretty good at entering the order, but he automatically just assumes it's either just a sandwich and not a meal. Then, he assumes they're all going to be regular size, and as he takes each order, he places the cups on the counter. Now, when I tell him they're all lg drinks, he throws those other cups away. Which is good and bad. Had he waited until I had finished that individual order, he could have saved the company money. Anyway, I get home only to discover they had left some items out. I had to drive 10 miles back to get it. Not happy.

I hate to leave one star reviews! I have learned after being patient many visits now that I love Zaxbys but if you live local, go to the Kernersville store!!!!! This location is consistent on poor service, shorting you on food, cold food, incorrect orders and so much! Haven’t had a pleasant staff member in a long time either! I’ll go out of my way to be served kindly and correctly!
