They are so yummy. I love bojangles so much but the only issue is that sometimes they don’t put enough seasoning on the frys and I love their frys I’d die for their frys. I’ve only went through the drive through so i have never seen the inside so I put a five star on atmosphere but don’t take my word for it. I love you bojangles

This was my favorite Bojangles until today. I was nearing the bottom of my unsweet tea and slurped up chunks of gelatinous mold.
I called and spoke to Hunter, who said he was a manager. When I told him about it he said he didn’t “know what to say”, to which I replied he could tell me he needs to get off the phone and clean his equipment immediately.
He assured me that the equipment gets cleaned nightly, which I would believe had I not ingested CHUNKS OF MOLD, that take weeks to build up and congeal to this amount.
Clean your ice dispenser, clean your taps, clean your spouts.
Jeopardizing people’s health out of laziness is unacceptable.
* I’m updating this to say I called the franchise owner, I emailed corporate, and I called the store itself. No one has reached out after several days.
I believe these people don’t care about the health of their customers. There is no accountability for jeopardizing safety. Not only that, but there was no concern about them ripping me off and taking my money in exchange for moldy product.

This particular Bojangles restaurant ranks as my favorite. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. It’s very apparent that it’s managed well and each employee contributes to this particular locations success. Not to be overlooked is the cleanliness of the entire restaurant and restrooms.

Absolute worst service ever, rude employees, add seem to have an attitude when I would ask questions about what it was I was wanting to purchase to eat for dinner, that they said that they did not have it nor service it.

Just got 12 supremes and they were dry almost burnt drove 35min home and have no sauce at all. this location is terrible every time don’t know why I even tried it again should of just threw my 40 bucks in the trash
The automated drive thru ordering system is the absolute worst and most time consuming. Every single time we order and it’s more than just one simple item, it never gets it right, then an employee comes on and you have to retell them your order. Please have an option to bypass the automated ordering system for those of us who have more than one item we’re ordering.

There bo bites 12 piece with fries with extra seasoning are so amazing as well as there mashed potatoes and gravy and add honey mustard with your 12 piece they have the absolute best honey mustard dipping sauce
