Domino's Pizza

Ordered the 6.99, 2 topping special on the New Yorker crust . It was amazing. And they're super fast. They had my pizza ready in 11 minutes ...❤❤

So, today I went to order two large extravaganza pizzas, with xtra meat on one of them. I also got 4 icing. The total for my order was $50 and some change. I ask for the employee to use any coupons as they always do when I place an order in person or over the phone. Not this time! I was told to download the app and order online to get any coupons applied to any order. This store had employees that I did not recognized. Brice, the store manager, was extremely arrogant trying to patronize me to follow into his non sens. He told me not to call corporate since he had all the answers to any of my questions. I replied No you don’t. We are senior citizens, we do not order online, so you are being discriminating towards me for being “ old “? He had nothing to say for an Answer!! I told him one day you’ll understand what I was trying to say, as for his replied I received ; maybe in two or three decades. Obviously, his attitude was nothing but a power trip. Guess what Brice, I will spend my money where I feel I will be appreciated and not discriminated when ordering pizza and you can bet it won’t be at your store or any Domino’s for that matter.

I have gotten the wrong order at least 4 times now because apparently someone can't read and distinguish banana peppers from bacon. I couldn't get through to the store because the phone tree kept sending me to order takers not actually at the store. We had to drive back to the store to get it remade. So much for domino's pizza insurance.

Refused to answer phone, kept “answering” then immediately putting me on hold. The app wasn’t working so calling was the only way to order. I guess they didn’t feel like working today. Horribly ran location. If you have time, I’d recommend going to their location in Mayodan.

I really want to like my local Domino's but boy do they keep missing. Poor food, poor service. Shorted me an entire large pizza last night and then refused to answer the phone about it. ETA: response from business below says to reach out and they will make it right. FYI they just offered me a coupon instead of a refund. SMH.

I get delivery but most of the time there food in Walnut cove NC in good and the serve, delivery, people are great. I've not had any problems from that store or people.

Had a issue with my order a couple weeks ago, they stepped right up took accountability and the next time when I ordered there it was the best pizza I had ever gotten from a Domino's.. thank you !!!

I was just refused service by the manager "Cameron" because I jokingly said something to the delivery driver for parking in the handicap parking which I actually needed to use due to 3 emergency surgeries to my leg recently. I said you could get a $250 ticket (which is true), then I said I'm just picking. I was never rude. The delivery driver left, then the other two employees refused me service. Mostly the one who said he was the manager, and gave the name Cameron. The most unprofessional, and arrogant thing I've ever experienced in a restaurant in my 61 years. I have been an exceptionally good customer at this store because its local, and I eat out a lot. I feel like I can never go back there in fear they might do something to my food. I don't know what has changed there. Before today I have always gotten excellent, polite, and very good customer service there. That has 100% deteriorated to the worse I've ever seen...smh

This is by far the best dominos I’ve been to, food is always good, customer service is great too!!

The delivery was fast and the driver was very friendly. I ordered a few pizzas but I messed up the specs on one. I said that I meant to order differentluly but realized it was my fault. I took the pizzas and never asked for them to redo the one I messed up.But just a few minutes later the driver came back out to the house with a new pizza, even though it was totally my fault. This is my new go to pizza place!

Most of the time the service is great. Tonight they didn't even bother to text when the pizza was ready. Sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes and finally when inside.
