Come on Dominoes...
Really gonna count these little crust nuggets as a full boneless chicken wing? That may count as a claw! I'm really disappointed on sharing my wings now when I'm deprived of the count I'm suppose to get. Smh!

Honestly just disgusted in this, i ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and when it arrived it had no buffalo, then i called back. they sent me another pizza and it was drowned in buffalo sauce. i don’t know if it was to be funny or just to make me mad. i’ve ordered here before and they’ve always seemed to get something wrong and catch attitude when i complain. i’ve done nothing but be nice and respectful. i will never, EVER order from here again.

I decided to take a shot in the dark and get Domino’s for the first time in a long time and man I am so glad I did. This is a newer dominoes. And it’s probably the best experience I’ve personally had with Domino’s. from Awesome employees the lady that took my order, I think her name was Jennifer was So patient And helpful as was the people cooking in the back. I was really impressed by the way the woman who took my Order interacted with my children while I was waiting for my food. I will be back and I recommend anybody reading This to Visit this Domino’s because they are hitting on all cylinders. The food was spectacular there really nothing bad I could say about this experience. I WILL BE BACK ! 🫡💪🏻 99.9 score.

Ordered delivery it took a long time and not the right crust we ordered. The pizza sat a while before delivery and the grease soaked into the thin crust turning it into a soggy cold taco. The wings were also cold. The delivery driver was nice and explained they were short on delivery drivers.

When I ordered online, I confirmed that I wanted Pie cut pizza, but instead they did square cut. When I informed them of the issue, they said it was not stated on the ticket. They did nothing to fix the issue. Also, the toppings are very minimal and the wings only get a drizzle of sauce on them. The food can be eaten, but it is not the greatest. Not sure they are following Domino's standards. If they are, then Domino's needs to improve their standards.

Ordered the 6.99, 2 topping special on the New Yorker crust . It was amazing. And they're super fast. They had my pizza ready in 11 minutes ...❤❤

So, today I went to order two large extravaganza pizzas, with xtra meat on one of them. I also got 4 icing. The total for my order was $50 and some change. I ask for the employee to use any coupons as they always do when I place an order in person or over the phone. Not this time! I was told to download the app and order online to get any coupons applied to any order. This store had employees that I did not recognized. Brice, the store manager, was extremely arrogant trying to patronize me to follow into his non sens. He told me not to call corporate since he had all the answers to any of my questions. I replied No you don’t. We are senior citizens, we do not order online, so you are being discriminating towards me for being “ old “? He had nothing to say for an Answer!! I told him one day you’ll understand what I was trying to say, as for his replied I received ; maybe in two or three decades. Obviously, his attitude was nothing but a power trip. Guess what Brice, I will spend my money where I feel I will be appreciated and not discriminated when ordering pizza and you can bet it won’t be at your store or any Domino’s for that matter.

I have gotten the wrong order at least 4 times now because apparently someone can't read and distinguish banana peppers from bacon. I couldn't get through to the store because the phone tree kept sending me to order takers not actually at the store. We had to drive back to the store to get it remade. So much for domino's pizza insurance.

Refused to answer phone, kept “answering” then immediately putting me on hold. The app wasn’t working so calling was the only way to order. I guess they didn’t feel like working today. Horribly ran location. If you have time, I’d recommend going to their location in Mayodan.

I really want to like my local Domino's but boy do they keep missing. Poor food, poor service. Shorted me an entire large pizza last night and then refused to answer the phone about it. ETA: response from business below says to reach out and they will make it right. FYI they just offered me a coupon instead of a refund. SMH.
