In my opinion, and beyond a shadow of a doubt, the best Hardee's in North Carolina! The food is always good at a very fair price and the people are friendly. Very clean restaurant as well. The place should be packed!

Made a mobile order last night around 7:30pm right after trick or treating the app said they were open til 9:00pm but when I pulled in at 7:40 all the lights were off and they were closed but the app had taken my money. I called this morning to ask what had occurred and get a refund. They acted confused saying and didn't know why the store was closed early. They are unable to process my refund until Sunday when the GM will be in.
Very rude at the window a young man with dark colored hair with glasses. Told me to give him a moment and he would make out ticket right. We had coupons that we told him we had when we ordered. 2 BEC, 2 SEC on buns no biscuits and 2 pieces of steak no bread. The total liked a few cents being 20.00. When we got to the window there was a young lady greeted us and my husband said I don't think that total is right we have coupons then he storms over and says you have to give us time to change it we have to see the coupons first. He was just rude and very unfriendly. Then charged us .80 cents for each bun and kept the biscuits I have never been charged for buns before. We want be back.
This is the best Hardee's we have eaten. We have been twice now. Both times for breakfast. The food was fresh and amazing. The employee at the drive thru, super nice, super friendly. The date was 9-10-24 the employee was Shashina. It's a Tuesday thing now. Best ever, thanks.

Worst place ever been. Pulled up to see the manger outside smoking weed then went in and listen to the manger talking negativity about other employees about things that shouldn't be mentioned to customers. Then called to ask for corporate number and the manger had a attitude and refused to help or even give there name. Really think they need to be taught what a service position is. Also don't follow health code since they claim drink machines need to be cleaned once a week
Do not eat or work here.
They don’t want to clean things properly, and it’s going to cost someone a trip to the hospital. The soda machines are supposed to be taken down and cleaned nightly, and they don’t. In fact I worked here and was told by my manager when closing not to do it. I myself was leaving every shift feeling sick to my stomach, and I was drinking our drinks all shift every shift.
They must love to make people wait, I’ve seen them sit and sit waiting for food, at one point due to the manager taking the charbroiler apart well before time so he can get out right on time.
I also suffer from epileptic seizures, and had one at the store. One of the managers then complained about my medical issues to customers, because it left him short handed. The district manager was contacted, and Stella had done absolutely nothing so far to contact me or to take care of Antonio’s horrible behavior towards me and my medical issue.
Poor management, poor quality for service, and just all around a disgusting environment.

Visited with my kid last month around 11:30am. Took nearly 20 minutes for 2 burgers and fries to be made. Went in for a refund and was rudely given some of the saltiest food ever and told they couldn’t give my $20 back. Contacted corporate with a lackluster response. Horrible experience. Never returning. Evidence as to why this chain is dying off.

My wife and have stopped at this location at least 5 times in the last 6 months and have yet to eat here. Every time we are here the walk in is closed except for the time the store was closed. The drive through is useless...... the employees just ignore you till you leave. This last time I waited 20 minutes at the drive through to place an order, which I (and about 20 other customers) could not do because no one ever asked for our order. I pulled a head to the drive up window, where 4 employees were standing there, completely ignoring us, and we were not the only ones to pull up to the window to get ignored, we seen many cars pull up and leave. I will never go back to this store, I hope the owners know why they are losing money! I know good help is hard to find, but the help at this store is hurting it more than helping it.

I just ordered a Frisco burger combo, I was not asked anything when I was charged I was charged for a large without being asked if I wanted a large! It was 11 dollars! I expressed my dissapoint ment with the young lady with blond hair did I ask for a large in which she replied I just assumed as she was hanging up her phone for the third time from which I could see here when I approached the window. If I am paying twice what I would of be paying back when the Frisco came out for a combo I expect customer service to be more sympathetic when they charge me for what I didn't order!? I guess I am just silly!?
