I went through the drive thru. The worker was very nice, no problem there. But, I go there almost every day for my sugar free vanilla iced-large. 4 out of 7 days it's the way I like it.Then other days it's nasty, even asking for how I like it! It's SF and it's still tastes sweet. Sometimes too much cream. I haven't figure how to order it on there. Just want consistency! It not hard or is it! I used to order it one way, then now I'm told not to order...

I am only rating the daytime crew a 5. They have it together during the day. You get your food correct and fast.. The manager is perfect for his position. Treats his job like he loves it and the people.

I believe that the cleanliness and effectiveness of service is reflected on the management. I had the pleasure of hearing him deal with the staff like a straight-shooter Life Coach. I was very impressed!
