My aunt was in your establishment if we can call it that anymore and experienced a medical emergency, she was repeatedly getting sick, and one of your ever so rude employees or the manager, (hell who knows because none of this should have happened) asked her and my uncle to leave. Instead of making sure she was physically okay, someone "helped" her out to her car before she fell. What if she had gotten in her car and drove away? Do you know she was actively experiencing a medical emergency? She had a stroke, and absolutely no thanks to you or your "restaurant" thankfully she is physically here with us still. I just wanted to let everyone know what kind of people work here and that Sam's pizza is 10000000% better anyways. If you have an establishment that's open to the public knowing the signs of medical emergencies is a must. Whatever inconveniences you, I can promise you isn't as bad as what the person is going through physically, mentally, or emotionally so maybe try getting some training, or closing your doors. Shame on you for making her feel the way you did and assuming she was just a sick customer.

The first thing we see are signs on the door that state “cash only” and “no fountain drinks due to no water”. It’s scares me to think about how a restaurant was open with no water but maybe it was just one machine that didn’t have water. We decided to do the pizza buffet. The only items on the buffet were cheese sticks, a sausage pizza, a supreme pizza and a dessert pizza. They all looked very old. We went ahead and got salad. I had to spit out the cottage cheese as it tasted extremely sour and moldy. It was brought to the manager’s attention who stated that it was fine. We asked SEVERAL times when pizza would be put on the buffet. Each time we were told that it was in the oven and would be right out. At maybe the third time we asked, the waitress said they put out cheese sticks and they had but we came for pizza. My husband was about to give up when pizza finally arrived. Unfortunately, it was the exact same pizza as before. I don’t care for either of those types of pizza but maybe I should have asked for something specific. I guess I figured pepperoni was the very least of what we would see. If I had anything good to say, it was that the servers tried their best under the circumstances. The place was dead and it was dinner time. I hate to knock a place here as we don’t have many choices but this place used to be much, much better. I don’t know if it has a new owner or what happened.

My family and I have always enjoyed the food at milanos and still do. But our past 5 or so visits we have had horrible service! The waiters and waitresses act as if you aren't there. We already had our food but no drinks. We would ask for things such as Mariana, parmesan, or chili flakes and they would never be brought. Our drinks were never refilled. The only time the waitress was seen was after we were finished expecting a tip. I usually always tip and have even for the many horrible experiences but this time we left no tip. I will probably order take out from here on out because the food is amazing but the staff are rude and don't tend to their customers the way that they should!

We got there and pizzas were already on the buffet. We were there an hour and they only brought out one hot pizza, when I said something to the waitress she told me what i wanted was on the bar, I told her they were old. But I couldn't understand is why the tables from people that ate and left were still sitting on the tables and not cleaned off.
