Voted Best Pizza in Stokes County,NC I'll take it over the little box chain pizza shops. Buffet is really good, salad bar is ok, but the people, they are Great people, service. Warning , on some days you may have to wait for a seat! Other choices on the menu are also good! Stop by and try Sam's out and leave you opinion. No I don't work there! Lol

My relatives took out pizza before and brought it to our place where we stayed and I think it was really good pizza. Last time we visited NC we decided to eat at Sam's Pizza and I tried something else on the menu I wasn't impressed I even had really bad diarrhea after I ate at their restaurant so it kinda ruined my vacation. The crowd as well is too loud so I do not suggest dine-in for those who want a relaxing place to eat.
The fries here are the best you will ever have. Ever.

I love the idea of a pizza and salad bar in the post-Covid world, but while the salad side is wonderful (though a little tight to navigate), I never seem to luck out on the pizza.... it's either not hot or not what I thought it would be. Maybe that's on me. The wait staff is always great.
