Nasty place food is Nasty. I trashed it. Soggy bread . The lazy person preparing my sub didn't heat the bacon or chicken. It's safe to say I will definitely never stop at this subway again and I will be warning my friend. Can't believe the workforce has gotten so sorry and business owners just don't care. Nasty Nasty nasty.

Food was alright however I did not feel the workers practice personal hygiene. Usually I try to look past it as we all have our rough days, but there was one employee in there that just looked a mess and the smell was putrid. The lettuce looked like it had gone bad and their avocado was brown. The tables were also super dirty when I got there. Will probably not ever eat there again.

I have been here several times in the past month and the service has been awful ! Get a foot long and the didn’t cut it . Food wasn’t even toasted all the way ! Last time I went the lady dropped my sandwich all over the counter and picked up and was trying to put back together I said can u please just make me another one she didn’t! I’m not going back there I’ll drive the extra 15-20 min to a diffrent one !
Went to Subway this morning in Walnut Cove at 10am. The employee was nice but she literally just threw my sandwich together messy looking. Not properly layering it and the ends were empty. I've never been so disgusted with a sub. They had no lettuce nor Olives, and ever who worked lastnight did not wipe the counters down and clean them nor the floors. You could tell by all the pieces of stuff laying around the bar. I did mentioned this to the employee who said she was a manager. She stated that everything had been wiped down. I said well, I know you haven't been that busy since you came in and you've just opened according to your sign. I paid $13.00 for a sub that I came home and threw away. I just could not bare to eat it. This is the 1st time I've ever been in this Subway and had this issue leaning disgusted with my food.
It was 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Happened to stop by coming from the mountains. The sign said open and there were 2 people in line, but they had the door locked and said they were closed. So I Just went to the one in Walkertown 15 mins up the street they were open, no issue. Won't ever be back. Zero stars.

I placed an order on the app, which gave me a free sub because I purchased one. They told me that they do not participate in coupons. I advised them that it was a corporate franchise promotion, and their store was listed online in the promotion. I guess this store can do as they please, even if it’s a nationwide franchise offer…… doesn’t seem fair.
Here for lunch. Lone employee did a great job keeping everything going!

This place has always gotten our order wrong. The last time they ordered they seem to out my veggies on my partners sandwhich and his veggies on mine. They're always out of most ingredients, and the food quality doesn't hold up

This subway is not like what it used to be. Me and my husband went there to get subs, The women manager was the world's worst. We began our order to the young girl there and there were about 5 people in the line behind us. The women manager told the young girl that was waiting on us, you are not supposed to be waiting on them, you are supposed to be filling the order deliveries and was fussing at that young girl in front of the line of customers. It was very unprofessional with the way she spoke to that girl. First of all, you do not tell especially when we are being waited on not to wait on us first. That is a good way to lose your customers. Secondly, if you are going to talk to that young girl make sure you speak to her in a professional and kindly manner. Not rude and condemning. The young girl got upset after being spoken to in a bad way. My message to the young girl is, you do not need to be treated in a bad way by that manager. You deserve better and to be treated better by management. I hope you walked out that day and didn't look back. I would have walked out. We will not ever be going back. There are better jobs than that there.

I eat at Subway a LOT. I always have coupons. BOGO or a foot long for $5.99. I always go to the one in Madison. Terrific staff, food and atmosphere. One evening I was in Walnut Cove so I went there with my coupon. The male manager made my subs and put a tad of ingredients on them. Then he tells me that they've stopped taking coupons. I paid almost $22 for 2 subs and it was supposed to be less than $10 for 2. I was so mad. I'll never go there again! That place has gone to the dogs. I didn't want to give 1 star!
