This place has always gotten our order wrong. The last time they ordered they seem to out my veggies on my partners sandwhich and his veggies on mine. They're always out of most ingredients, and the food quality doesn't hold up

This subway is not like what it used to be. Me and my husband went there to get subs, The women manager was the world's worst. We began our order to the young girl there and there were about 5 people in the line behind us. The women manager told the young girl that was waiting on us, you are not supposed to be waiting on them, you are supposed to be filling the order deliveries and was fussing at that young girl in front of the line of customers. It was very unprofessional with the way she spoke to that girl. First of all, you do not tell especially when we are being waited on not to wait on us first. That is a good way to lose your customers. Secondly, if you are going to talk to that young girl make sure you speak to her in a professional and kindly manner. Not rude and condemning. The young girl got upset after being spoken to in a bad way. My message to the young girl is, you do not need to be treated in a bad way by that manager. You deserve better and to be treated better by management. I hope you walked out that day and didn't look back. I would have walked out. We will not ever be going back. There are better jobs than that there.Parking: There is plenty of parking.

I eat at Subway a LOT. I always have coupons. BOGO or a foot long for $5.99. I always go to the one in Madison. Terrific staff, food and atmosphere. One evening I was in Walnut Cove so I went there with my coupon. The male manager made my subs and put a tad of ingredients on them. Then he tells me that they've stopped taking coupons. I paid almost $22 for 2 subs and it was supposed to be less than $10 for 2. I was so mad. I'll never go there again! That place has gone to the dogs. I didn't want to give 1 star!

I come up all the time to get subs have been forever well I get the same sub everytime with a drink ext. point is I get the same thing everything recently I’ve noticed the last like 4-5 times I’ve been in I’ve been charged different everytime it seems one day it’ll be 12$ the next it’ll be 19$ and sometimes you’ll get charged xtra cheese or xtra meat and you don’t even get xtra idk what’s been going on but going downhill 100% with there pricing, everyone is nice but the pricing has a long way to go because I am probably going to start going to king and that’s a 30 mins drive vs 8 and I’d rather make the drive just so I know I’m getting charged right ???

They're trying but best to go as early as possible. When I go early, I taste a little love but I went late today & it was a mess. Whoever is making subs like a hotdogs, STOP. its incredibly messy & I lose most of my veggies out of the opening because I'm not eating it like a hotdog. Today it wasn't even cut in ½ so, I'm wearing most of it.

Made the mistake again from ordering from this Subway. I hope this place goes out of business. I learned from last time that I have to order online or they will price gouge you with creative ways of charging you $15 for a $10 sub. So I ordered online, two subs and a wrap. One sub I ordered was 6" inch ham with double ham. Pick up the food and I got a 6 inch turkey with no extrat meat. I called up to see what was going on. Maybe they ran out of ham? Which I should have be told or notified about. Called 3 times over 10 minutes, no answer. Typical poor customer service for this location, even for Subway. I can't win, I can't order there because they price gouge me, but if I order online I might not get what I order. I am making a comitment to myself to not go to this place for a year. I will go to local places or drive out of the way to go to a different subway. I added a pic of the turkey sub and receipt with not turkey sub on it.

Today I took my mother out to eat at subway and honestly was the worst experience we have had. The two girls making our food wasn't listening to anything we wanted on our food making us repeat ourselves multiple times for the same things. Then they just leave our food there sitting for 6 minutes letting it get cold before they even started putting our vegetables on it again making us repeat ourselves and still leaving stuff off of it. Then we sit down at a table beside where the Manager is sitting (minding you she could hear everything going on.) The Manager starts talking about the toilet getting clogged and there being a whole big mess (that just sums it up) and for people not to go in there for 30 minutes. This place used to be amazing but it's now completely gone down hill.

I had the worst experience at this subway. One young man with white bleached hair was rude. The cheese on my sandwich exploded off the sandwich, it wasn't even on the sandwich he proceeded to put cold melted cheese on it and I said that's not going to melt. He wanted to re-toast the same sandwich I said no the bread will be too hard to eat you need to remake it. He was so rude and said isn't that little extreme I told him I'm paying for it would you eat it. He was so mad to have to redo the sandwich. It was not my fault or his the oven messed up but it was his fault for being rude and mouthy. I'll never eat there again as long as he is working. Lowonna Aldridge

Two times, one called in and one on line, other than the bread and meat, nothing was correct with our sandwiches. The last time I picked up, the young lady working was more interested in her boyfriend than me as a customer. My son and his family have had similar issues. Must go to the store and order face to face if you want any hope of you food being correct, which defeats time saving by ordering ahead.
