One of the best burgers to get around imo. They’re handmade and always taste fresh. The corn nuggets are also a favorite of mine. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Instead of going to some chain restaurant in Winston, drive the extra distance, go to this gem and support local business!

My sister and I went in to eat tonight, and I got the Monday night special Tenderloin (fried) with white gravy, hash brown casserole (BTW it is better than Cracker Barrel's), and black eye peas with corn. Yummy as always... But I want to say, the customer service is even better than the food! I ordered a club sandwich without tomato to take home to my husband. However, the sandwich had tomato on it and my hubby is allergic. I live too far away to go back for a replacement, so I called to complain. The manager Tracy was super courteous, professional, and empathetic. She refunded the price of the sandwich AND she took my name and number so that I can get another club sandwich free on my next visit! Wow, great customer service! Then a few minutes later, Tracy called me back and said her dad (I believe he is the owner) offered to make a new sandwich and BRING IT TO OUR HOUSE!!! I mean talk about going above and beyond - I am a Milk Bar devotee for Life...

My husband and I have never gotten anything here that was not delicious. My #1 choice is the Catfish nuggets, they melt in your mouth. My husband loves their Beef tips, burgers, and steak and cheese subs. You can not go wrong stopping here for lunch or dinner.
Been in Walnut Cove for a year and just discovered the awesome food options here! Not a creamery, dessert bar, or coffee shop. Exceptional food choices with daily specials. Everything was homemade flavor. I will be back with more people 😉

it was okay I hàd the tenderloin and gravy With mashed potatoes and Macaroni salad.they were ok .My Wife had the Meatloaf with tater salad and fried okra she said the Fried okra was real good.on A scale from 1to 10 I will give it a 7.would i make a special trip to go there again NO.
