There is not enough good things I can say about Happy Trails Cafe and the owners, Gary and Maryanne!! Honestly the sweetest people you will ever meet and the best customer service by far. Now the coffee....the ONLY coffee I drink. I was not a coffee person at all before trying Happy Trails coffee but since I did I have been hooked. It is the most fresh, flavorful, and best smelling coffee around. I moved to FL about 4 yrs ago but I still order from them and order it for loved ones. Give them a try and trust me you will know what a treat you are in for before you even open the box when delivered.

Have eaten here only once, usually do "carry out". Did not care for carry out b'fast; tenderloin very tough. Rest of b'fast nothing special. However, the quality of the beef is great! Cannot get past their cheeseburger deluxe combo. Yum! Husband had the carry out salmon patty plate one day and it was only average, in his opinion! Lots of people like their chicken & dumplings, but I have not tried them. The drinks are canned and Pepsi products. This restaurant does not accept debit cards or charge cards. They accept cash and possibly checks. They are now closed on Wednesdays! Also, there is going to be a major construction project taking place soon and Whistle Stop will have to move! Just be aware of that.
