Reliable service, food order was quick. Hot & enjoyable
Today, 05/15/25 around 1:30Pm went to order lunch and there was a fight inside the kitchen between 3 employees or 2 and the manager. Even I intervene from outside to calm the screaming they still were so loud and nasty. I just wanted my food and be out. It's a shame this happened at the store in front of other customers. I'm out.
The burgers are always dry this is the nastiest Hardee’s I ever had.
Gross trans fats and seed oils still. Wait until they change to tallow! Until then, stay healthy, people!
The cashier could NOT get our order right nor anyone else's. People were getting mad. She was also putting orders up randomly. Nobody in that long line got their order in which it was placed. She was also very very rude. I no longer live in Warrenton, however I visit often. She has waited on me 3 times of late and all three times struggled to get simple orders correct. She either needs further training, they need new managers or new employees. I know the area has a hard time finding good help, but this lady is not an asset to Hardee's. I will drive yo Henderson next time.

Cashier gave me incorrect change. I asked him for the rest of my change he said they didn't have enough. I said that’s an easy way to make more
money for Hardere. He said it was the banks fault not his.
I ordered bacon, egg, cheese biscuit. There was no bacon on the sandwich. Perhaps that's the banks fault too??
If you want to get your change from your order, go somewhere else.
Food was cold, took a long time to get our order with an empty drive thru and dining room, dirty and staff was so loud we couldn't hear our own conversation at our table in the back
Consistently poor experiences, especially when they have one lady in particular working who just seems like she cannot comprehend anything. I’ve been at least 4 times when she’s working and every time something is wrong on our order. Excessively slow service.
Went inside to order. NO customers but me at the register. Young man standing there texting on phone. I waited, til he finished his Manuscript,& asked about what came with certain chicken order. He yawned, pushed his hair back & mumbled. When I asked again, he was rude nonchalant like he didn't want to be bothered. I left. I guess that what you get when you hire anyone who ask for a job. Good mangers produce good workers, so take it from there.

It is more than transparent that Ms. Richardson has a strong work ethic and consistently delivers results that can satisfy the request of each customer even on a stressful day. She takes initiative when completing tasks and often exceeds expectations. While observing her employees, it is more than obvious that she plans ahead to effectively get the arduous task done of serving numerous customers faster and smoother.
Ms. Richardson always has a warm friendly smile on her face when greeting customers demonstrating a positive attitude towards her job which we found admirable and always willing
to go the extra mile by assisting her employees on busy days which we witness on this occasion. It proves that she has strong organizational skills in managing the restaurant. She has developed a leadership style that is more collaborative and supportive of her employees to create a positive work environment.
The service is great and the food is always good. I have been patronizing this restaurant since it opened and never had a bad experience. Thanks to Ms. Richardson for a job well done!!!
Consistently terrible service but seeing how this is the only fast food in warrenton we’re stuck with it. Staffs attitudes are terrible. I’ve pulled up to the drive through and had an employee say “WHAT” prompting me to order. Then get my food and drink shoved out the window at me without acknowledgement. During my pregnancy i would come through and get a breakfast meal some mornings. I always craved bbq with the meal and hashbrowns. I was consistently rudely i have to pay for it. Mind you i only ask for one packet and no other sauces. I actually had to start bringing my own. I wish i could say these were just a handful of my experiences but truly i have. ever received decent customer service or been treated with respect at this location.
Simply sad this is one of the few places for fast food in Warrenton. The service is nonexistent. They behave as if you are a bother. The food is mediocre at best. This is truly a I have no other option scenario.
I walked out Manager seen people wait in line and walked to the back . Once she got in the back she proceeds to join the conversation with other employees. They were slow 🐌.
