It is more than transparent that Ms. Richardson has a strong work ethic and consistently delivers results that can satisfy the request of each customer even on a stressful day. She takes initiative when completing tasks and often exceeds expectations. While observing her employees, it is more than obvious that she plans ahead to effectively get the arduous task done of serving numerous customers faster and smoother.

A young lady who waited on us drive thru did not have an ounce of customer service. When asked for a bag to place our food in her attitude for worse. We were not welcomed or thanked.

The staff are nicer now than the last time I went in here. Lady at the till was nice enough, though she kept rushing me and my Ma. The staff tend to ignore customers in their building unless they need to talk to you, so we heard them complaining about their work and so on.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, slopped entry, and space for wheelchair inside. Door needs a bit of an extra push to open.
