We had a fantastic experience with Milano’s. We did pick-up, and it was a short, easy walk from our bed and breakfast. With six kids ages 13 to 4, finding a place that satisfies everyone is no small feat, but Milano’s delivered.
We ordered a large meat lover’s pizza (with ricotta added... highly recommend), two pasta dishes with side salads, and two cheeseburger meals. Every item had modifications, and not a single issue with the order.
The menu is incredibly diverse, which worked perfectly for our big, opinionated crew. The best part? It all cost less than $70 (less than $6.00/person) and was ready in 20 minutes. Everyone ate beyond their fill, and we still had enough leftovers for another four meals. While the baked ziti didn’t quite match our family recipe, it was still delicious and generous in portion. We’ll definitely be back!

Don’t get waitresses when you open up dinning. Continue to have people order at front and give them numbers to carry to table then just hire a runner that matches food number to number carried to table. Runner doesn’t take food orders they just passes out food and clear tables. Check out Neomonde in Raleigh no waitstaff it works great! Plus your dining room has a door that people can walk out of without paying.

The food is great. My only recommendation is that they do a better letting people know when the shop is closed on a day it’s expected to be open. Leaving an ACCURATE voice message would be a good start. I can’t tell you how many times I called to place an order and the phone just rang continuously.
