I get coffee 2 of them large every morning ask for 12 sugars and 4 creamers in them I get to where I'm going and there's no sugar in my coffee so I asked for 15 sugars and 4 cream this morning

We were so impressed by this McDonalds! Loved the touch screen ordering, clean environment, staff politeness and commitment to our needs. Food was hot and well cooked. Would've given 5 stars but only 2 of the 4 ordering kiosks were working and couldn't figure out how to flush the toilet. But will definitely make a point of returning on our next trip to the beach!

Worst McDonalds I've been to in years. Chicken sandwiches were completely dry. Less than a teaspoon of mayonnaise on one sandwich. Hardly any spicy sauce on the other. Manager wanted to charge us $1 for a little more sauce. Terrible. Don't stop here.

We stopped here on our way to the beach and ordered 3 fish and fries. The fries were nice and hot but the fish sandwiches were cold, not warm but cold! How can you sell a product like that? The buns were toasted and stale which is not the normal way to prepare these sandwiches. You can’t expect the public to buy this crap at the prices that are charged today.

I had the pleasure of listening to the staff cuss back and forth behind the counter at 7pm on a Tuesday. One of which wasn't even on the clock, bagging her own order up and disrupting the other workers. In the mean time, I waited more than ten minutes for "fast food" before checking in. I was told my order had been made and picked up. Despite the kiosk prompting me to take a tent card to the table to wait for a staff member to deliver the food. I was told "we don't deliver the food to the table". At this point I asked for a refund. I was refunded for the food I never got, but not the drinks because we were sipping on them while we waited. After contesting, I finally got the drinks refunded. Horrible experience.

I am a former employee there, I was recently fired bc they had me scheduled to close and I didn't get off until 1am, then they wanted me to come back in at 7am that next day after I closed. If your looking for a fast food job to work I wouldn't choose McDonald's in Warsaw NC due to the lack of management, they also don't have workers and when I stayed to help the store manager would complain about me coming in late the next day bc they had me working 10/11 hours and want me to come back the next morning by 7am. Also there kitchen staff is really nasty and disrespectful I witnessed them drop buns on the floor and use them to make a sandwich and send them up front to get bagged. Also they would touch raw food with no gloves and then make food with no gloves on and they wouldn't wash they hands. Also as a former employee there when I was helping in the kitchen when that wasn't my position that day they would try to make me do everything for them, while I'm working they just be sitting back on there phones or standing around talking. Also while it's busy they would walk out the kitchen and leave me by myself sometimes. As I stated before I wouldn't choose to work here or eat her either. Before our old store manager left everything was perfect we was always in first or second place now they be in 20th place or worse. Let me not forget the other day we had a customer come through that didn't speak English so we had to get the store managers son to take the order and after he took the order he walked past me and said we need to take Spanish classes so we don't have to ask him to take orders for us anymore I felt that was a racist comment he made. And that right there made me cry all mf night

I ordered from the kiosk and entered a locator number, then sat at a table with my autistic son, who will only eat in the restaurant. After 15 minutes, my order still wasn't brought to my table. I went to the counter and asked about it. The young woman behind the counter said she had called my number multiple times, but the food was supposed to have been brought to the table. As we started eating the meal, another employee, Varshon, came to the table and said that the eat-in area was closed. He acknowledged that there was no signage to this effect, and said that it was because of COVID restrictions, though these had been lifted in NC for quite some time. He said that we had to leave, and if I had a problem with that, to call the police. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had in a McDonald's, or anywhere else.

The worst! Not only was my order incorrect but when I ask for it be corrected the employees had the worst attitude. They didn't ring up my order correctly. I offered to pay for what I wanted. The manger said just give them what they at want so they can move. RUDE!!!

Ordered a Filet o fish sandwich and received a hamburger patty with the filet o fish sauce on top of the patty!! I’m pretty sure some of the employees working could care less?!? it was apparent that they did not like there job as they were not friendly and just looked so unhappy. We didn’t t bother to complain or return this as why make them more unhappy. I think management needs to bring some happiness into this place... otherwise it’s gonna be a “Mc Crappy” place!

Was ran out of the store today after the manager demanded I wear a mask after I had already ordered and was standing in the corner by myself... normally I would have gladly put on a mask but the cook in the back had his mask around his neck and the manager that was demanding that I leave his store wasn’t even wearing his mask properly. It was very unprofessional he acted as if was the law and could force me to wear a mask it was very embarrassing when I ask why his mask wasn’t on properly he said he didn’t have to wear a mask because of his nose... I proceeded to tell him I was gonna call corporate and he refused to give me his name or store number around anyway pictures are included of who is making laws and handling your food without proper covid safety

Came with family for quick drive thru breakfast. Orders were wrong. Meals didn't come with hash browns. One coffee didn't have the Splenda and creamer. Only 2 napkins for a family of four (I mean we ordered 4 items with drinks) Lastly no straws. I mean fortunately the driver had coffee... albeit not what he ordered... McDonald's usually follows a systemic plan or so I thought... Disappointing
