They lost our ticket, so they didn't know what to make and it took over 15 mins to get any food at all. Then it was all messed up. There's was no chicken on my 2 bird dogs, the buns were SOAKED in sauce though. Yuck! No Mac and cheese, The biscuits were hard as a rock! Just a complete mess! No napkins or straws!

I placed my order in the drive-thru, and after I finished placing my order I was met with silence. Got to the window paid and got part of the food. When asked where the rest of my food was, And then looked at my receipt my meal was not on there. When the two workers started asking the person who was taking the orders he took off his headset and acted as if he was leaving the window. Then he came to the window with the headset in his hand and an attitude he stated they couldn't take add-on orders at the window. News flash it wasn't an add-on you didn't put in the system. Pay attention to the order and maybe repeat to be sure you get it right.

Went through the drive thru and was told the biscuits would be ready in 5 minutes to make so we pulled up so they can bring it out to us. 10 minutes later I had to walk inside for there to already be a tray in the display of the biscuits. So I waited for nothing and the people didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience and their mistake. Would not recommend

Slowest I've ever been to... I pulled in behind a car and the parking lot and everything was empty so service should've been reasonably fast... me and the car ahead of me got parked for 15 minutes while the two cars that came behind us got there food decently on time... Understandable if I ordered a lot but i got a 4pc chicken tender and a kids meal... A constant occurrence when you go here- the to spend 15-25 minutes in a drive thru when it's empty

Do not waste your time at this Dumpster fire.. Wife was told 4 minutes on a Smoked Sausage biscuit, We waited about 10 minutes and my Wife went inside to where our bag was just sitting there.. Totally forgot to bring out the order. And on top of that, I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit, Got home to Kenansville and it was a Bar B Que sandwich.. The whole staff acted like they didn't want to be there and everything was a complete burden to them... Again.... Don't waste your time or Money on the thus Burning Dumpstet Fire of a Bojangles..

Traveling and stopped by Bojangles. Very busy place. Ordered two chicken supreme plates with crispy hot fries. I think people block out the request for hot crispy fries. Restaurants just don't cook fries long enough. I tried the peach sauce and didn't care for it. And the person taking our order could not have moved any slower. That gal was not in a hurry for anyone. Very frustrating.
They don’t have tap pay in the drive through- they make you come inside to tap pay. Instead of upgrading the Drive thru POS system to be movable. Therefore cashiers don’t have to touch the phones and customers can still pay. It’s 2024 get with the program like the rest of the restaurants near by.

We stopped here for lunch going to and coming back from the beach. Great experience both times! The employee who took our order was cordial. We waited an acceptable amount of time for our order, and the manager apologized for our wait, which was not warranted or necessary. The dining area was clean both times, and the employee responsible for the cleanliness seemed to take pride in his work. Great experience, will definitely stop again!
