Do not waste your time at this Dumpster fire.. Wife was told 4 minutes on a Smoked Sausage biscuit, We waited about 10 minutes and my Wife went inside to where our bag was just sitting there.. Totally forgot to bring out the order. And on top of that, I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit, Got home to Kenansville and it was a Bar B Que sandwich.. The whole staff acted like they didn't want to be there and everything was a complete burden to them... Again.... Don't waste your time or Money on the thus Burning Dumpstet Fire of a Bojangles..

Traveling and stopped by Bojangles. Very busy place. Ordered two chicken supreme plates with crispy hot fries. I think people block out the request for hot crispy fries. Restaurants just don't cook fries long enough. I tried the peach sauce and didn't care for it. And the person taking our order could not have moved any slower. That gal was not in a hurry for anyone. Very frustrating.

They don’t have tap pay in the drive through- they make you come inside to tap pay. Instead of upgrading the Drive thru POS system to be movable. Therefore cashiers don’t have to touch the phones and customers can still pay. It’s 2024 get with the program like the rest of the restaurants near by.

We stopped here for lunch going to and coming back from the beach. Great experience both times! The employee who took our order was cordial. We waited an acceptable amount of time for our order, and the manager apologized for our wait, which was not warranted or necessary. The dining area was clean both times, and the employee responsible for the cleanliness seemed to take pride in his work. Great experience, will definitely stop again!

Overall, just an "okay" experience. Stopped by early on the way home from a trip to the beach. Took a bit of time to get our food. The bathrooms were not the cleanest. Interesting setup with an outdoor playground for kiddos (never have seen that at a Bojangles before). Could have been better but could have been worse, so just a midway okay visit.
I do not know what kind of gommed up watered down overcooked dirty rice y'all are serving today, but it is horrible! Normally, I have a much better experience. There have been times I visited Bojangle's for lunch and the dirty rice was ON POINT! Every grain of rice stood alone and the sausage was fresh. Today is Monday, and apparently a very bad day for Bojangle's. I hope things get better! I love y'all.....

The employees and food sucks. I called and spoke with the manager, who agreed how horrible the store was, and they even stated they had asked for a transfer because of how horrible this location is. Corporate needs to step in ASAP.

The card machine, for whatever reason, wouldn't let me tap to pay with my phone. It has happened the only two times Id ever been there. That is absolutely no employees fault. Both times, I had to go back to my vehicle and retrieve a physical card or cash. Both times, I was offered by other customers in line to pay for me. Knowing I had the means to pay, I declined but Thanked them both. Niether time this happened was I given any attitude or dirty looks. Just very ni ce and genuinely good people, both customers and employees. All around, I have great experience from the folks in this town. This just doesn't happen everywhere.
