Great convenient location off the highway. Easy to get right back on. Also gives you a healthier option than all the greasy fast food around. THEY EVEN HAVE A DRIVE THRU! Very kind staff. The order wasn't 100% right but nothing terrible and we were all much happier with a fresh made sandwich.

Please encourage manager to pay attention to this store. Garbage overflowing, bathrooms disgusting, out of all bread besides white, no napkins, tomatoes, etc. When we were there, someone asked to speak to the manager due to the multiple issues. They were told the manager manages 8 stores and they weren’t there. Pretty disappointed. We love Jersey Mikes but very disappointed in this one. Please do better!

I was thrilled to have a fast casual dining option where my toddler can stretch his legs, but I will be avoiding this roadside location. Service was noticeably slow, and the staff seemed disinterested, as if they were going through the motions without any urgency or attention to customer needs. It took us 8 minutes for them to take our order despite us being the only customers in the store at the time. They only took our order after a line formed behind us.

What really made the visit unpleasant was the condition of the restaurant. There were several flies buzzing around, which gave the place an unclean feel. The most unsettling part was the ceiling—there were moldy, stained tiles that looked like they needed remediation/replacement from previous moisture leaks or humidity issues. It gave the entire building a sense of neglect and made me uncomfortable eating there.

My order was takeout everything was all wrong when I called from work mind you to get it corrected I was told that there was nothing that could be done without the order being brought back in to be replaced which can't happen being this was a lunch break I am very unsatisfied this used to be my favorite place to go for lunch a total of $34.50 was spent
