Our group arrived to a warm atmosphere and a very enthusiastic and welcoming staff member. Our group ordered from all over the menu from Peg’s Classic Burger, Philly Cheese Steak, Turkey Sub, Hamburger Steak, Mac-n-Cheese, Cole Slaw, Cheesecake ( toppings of Carmel, Chocolate or Strawberry, we tried all 3), to the special of the day-Boneless Chicken Breast with a great glaze and spinach and real mashed potatoes. Everything was Fantastic, make it one of your destinations.

Not a bad place, we came as a big group which will probably affect my review, compared to if it was a small group but. The workers were friendly and did their best to be attentive. The pizza and drinks did take a while to show up tho. The pizza itself was good and I would enjoy some more of it.

Had a late lunch today of jambalaya, mozzarella sticks, and apple fritter with ice cream and caramel for dessert. Service was excellent, food was wonderful, and had a nice conversation with the owner who gave us a little history of the restaurant. First time visitor but will be back.

Thought I didn't have to check the pizza pie I got,, but when I got home the pie was half burnt,, they never turned it and still boxed it and sent me home with it. I was surprised, normally when I dine in it's all good,,

Peggy's is our favorite place to eat. I have too many favorites. The shrimp and grits is m absolutely favorite. I also love Peg's Classic Burger. I get it medium rare and add banana peppers, yum.
Jerry also catered our daughter's wedding. Everyone raved about the meal. Anytime anyone comes in from out of town, we take them to Peggy's!!! Definitely 5 star!!!
