We were traveling back to Maryland from NC and really wanted to bring some BBQ home. The folks here put it on ice for us to travel (they gave us a whole bag of ice!). So kind and helpful. 10 stars 🤩

I clearly told them when I went to order the food six tender sandwiches and then when I went to go pay for it, I repeated the six tender sandwiches to them to confirm it. They even repeat it back to me and still gave me six tenders. this has happened three times already And I’m getting pretty annoyed about it., their staff needs to actually listen I get it may be rushing, but need to actually listen to the order

Every time I come home to Warsaw, North Carolina to visit family, Smithfield’s Chicken & BBQ is a must-stop for me. This visit, however, meant even more.
We recently lost the patriarch of our family—my great grandpa—and during such an emotional time, I was responsible for making sure everyone was fed. I want to sincerely thank Ashley, who showed so much patience, kindness, and care while helping me place a large order. She made sure I had more than enough food to feed my family and even helped us get everything safely into the car.
That level of hospitality meant more to me than I can put into words. In moments of grief, small acts of compassion make a big difference, and Smithfield’s delivered that and more. I’m truly grateful and will continue supporting this location every time I’m in town.

Stopped in on our way back home to charge at the Tesla superchargers on site. While we were stopped we grabbed dinner. We had the chicken tenders, coleslaw and hush puppies. All the food tasted great and came out fresh. While dining the staff offered to provide anything needed like sauces or drink refills. The service was amazing and we'll make sure to stop by again in the future.
The Barbecue needs more chopping and lately the fries has been very hard that I can't hardly eat them. Barbecue is good but the chunks are too large that you can choke on it. For the last 2 months I really feel like I waste my money because fries are so hard and Barbecue is just not chopped or pulled enough, but the food is usually good. Don't like the paper bags at all, preferably plastic
