Went through the drive thru to grab a kids chicken tender. The food was hot, but the quantity for the price is ridiculous! The chicken tender was a decent size, but it was dried out. No juice whatsoever, it was fried too long. They also forgot my ranch despite asking for it. Therefore nothing to moisten up this dry bird!! Tea was like syrup, diabetes in a cup!! So disappointed, because their tea is usually amazing. Idk why it's so hard to maintain consistency! 🙄

Visiting family on a Sunday evening and made a Starbucks run to the Highway 24 location. We ordered wing plate with fries and slaw to share while we were out. Fries were hot, my family ate the slaw. I only had fries and chicken. The chicken Wasnt overly greasy but had no flavor and missed the usual crunch. It messed up my stomach. Wouldn’t eat at this location again. I had to stay in for rest of evening.

Ordered the combo white plate amd it was delicious. The pork was flavorful on its own. It didn't need more sauce. The fried chicken was tender and juicy. The baked beans tasted homemade. And the hushpuppies -- what can I say? They're a hit. I wish there were more of them in an order. Hostesses came by for drink refills and they were all friendly and caring. My companions got the chicken tenders, another solid choice.
Went in 3 min before closing just to use the bathroom tbh. Realized I was actually hungry and went to order. Working in food service myself, I totally get that 3 min before closing is not it. I asked if there was anything I could order and not be super annoying. The manager was beyond gracious and insisted I could order anything with no worries. I still tried to be sensitive to the hour but I appreciated his genuine kindness. Food was good too!
