Lady working the drive thought at night around 7pm November 1,2025 was very rude when my niece was ordering her drink. She didn’t have customer service at all. Corrected my niece in a rude way even though my neice was saying it the right way.

A friendly Starbucks with helpful folks! Note that the drive thru is faster than going in - they are definitely prioritizing the drive through. Also do not park where the drive through line will block you in - interstate people are inconsiderate these days and the drive through line will absolutely jam you in with no room to escape.

I went in to get a latte thinking it would be faster to run in than wait in the drive thru or place a mobile order. There was no line. It took 21 minutes for me to get a plain simple latte, while I watched dozens of other orders take priority. Where is the customer service for people in store??

On Saturday I went to Starbucks and bought a pink drink, a matcha, a frappe, and other things. A black woman treated me poorly. I hope she changes that way because she could lose a lot of customers because of it

This location stays fairly busy, being off the interstate. But I go to this location a few times a week and it’s always near perfectly clean and my order is always consistent, but even more consistent is the staff at this location. The baristas are always so kind and attentive. It has been a pleasure being served by the familiar faces here over the past few years. They genuinely make my morning more pleasant.

I waited over 25 minutes for my food, with six people lazily standing behind the counter—not doing anything, seemingly just wasting time. When I finally got back to my car, I was surprised to discover that the employee didn’t even bother to put cream cheese on my bagel. What on earth was taking so long for a simple order, especially when there was only one person ahead of me? Don’t recommend if you’re on 40, looking for a quick stop to eat.

I absolutely have Always Loved Starbucks... When I stopped at this Starbucks on my way back home from Vacation, I just expected the Basic Greeting.. but oh was i Wrong.. The Employees here went above and beyond my Greatest Expectations... They were Absolutely the Sweetest and Most Fantastic Starbucks Employee i have ever came in contact with... Thanks Again Ladies... I absolutely appreciate you guys and the hard work you put into your jobs... Keep up the Great, You guys are doing Absolutely FANTASTIC !!!! Ty again....

Stopped at this location this morning at approximately 11:45am , and purchased a grande non-fat hot mocha. You missed it this time…it was pretty bad, almost non-drinkable. Barista needs re-training. Not worth $6.05.

Incredibly slow and unorganized. A bunch of children running around shaking ISI canisters for 15 minutes. Not even their fault as there is clearly no management or shift lead. Once I did get the drink it was made incorrectly. Also to the bot account named “Starbucks owner” no I will not reach out. Just hire and train people properly. Stop cutting corners and hire someone who’s graduated high school.
