I love the caramel ribbon crunch!! It tastes delicious every time I order it from here. Other locations be a hit and miss but this location always tastes great and the customer service is great as well. I definitely recommend.

I ordered a peach green tea lemonade, and it is the best one i have had at a Starbucks. The cashier was super nice, and I am most happy with the drink. I always stop here on long trips and I am glad i do.

I order through online order sometimes in the morning because I think that would be faster for me to just grab and go but it's just getting worse and worse. This last time was the last straw for me making come here and leave a review to see if some manager would possibly see this and make things better. I ordered my drink and it said it would be ready estimated about 3 mins, i get to Starbucks 8 mins later just in case to give them more time to make it. I go inside and it's not ready, okay that's fine I sit down and I'm waiting for my drink when I see THREE couples make their orders at the front desk and tell me why the barista is making their drinks first. At the third couples drink he was making I go up and ask hey I had an online order for me and he goes oh yes I'll get to that after this. He made my drink FINALLY and I left very very angry because I sat in there for 10 extra minutes waiting for my ONE drink. I had given myself extra extra time to not be late to work, and I was because I trusted these people enough to make my drink and be fair and have my order ready. This isn't the first time , it's happened 3 times already and I keep thinking nah it won't happen again but this last time was definitely the last straw. I am a nice person and I'm very considerate of people who work in these types of jobs but when you're putting everyone in front of me when I had order my drink a LONG time ago , I mean that is just so rude and mean and unjust :(

Best Starbucks ever. They have the best blueberry muffin and my dog really enjoyed the pup cup. The drinks are insane. I found this Starbucks when we were going to the beach and we decided to eat. 5 star.
It’s the only option on 40 between Raleigh and Wilmington, so you don’t really have much choice, but the service is so slow that it will add 30 minutes to your trip.

Starbucks you have one job and that's to serve hot coffee. Not the 1st time my venti blonde roast was less than Luke warm. So disappointing to discover after I get back on the highway. At least the guy at the window was friendly.

Me and my husband were stopping thru and our truck broke down had to stay around town, the cashier at the counter remembered my order from the day before she was so polite.
When we arrived the parking lot was full and there was a long line of cars waiting at the drive through..about 8 and no sign of relief. I expected to walk into chaos and felt badly adding to their mass of customers. When we walked in, it looked like a well oiled machine as far as order! Employees showed no sign of stress;windows and front checkers polite; coffee chefs non stop but smooth and we waited a max of 5 minutes. I'm impressed!!
