From start to finish what an amazing Wendy’s location this is. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I originally was going to come in get my food and just leave back to my truck to eat and settle for the night but the attitude of the entire staff made me want to dine in and take a break from the truck. Usually I get gripe from fast food places when I choose to take things off or add things to a burger but I didn’t get any of that here I got fast and genuine friendly service. I didn’t catch the ladies name but pretty sure she’s the manager there made my Oreo brownie frosty look like it came right out of the commercial and it tasted amazing. The entire time I sat there eating I noticed not one but all staff members kept moving and engaging wither it was with customers or cleaning up. None of them stood around. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Terribly slow. Guy ahead said he was waiting for an hour. We had already ordered so we wanted what we paid for. A group of guys walked in and ordered after us and got their food before us. You could tell they knew the workers. Got my order wrong and forgot the kids drinks. Went to get the kids drinks and lady was in the back on her phone. Terrible service, food wasn't good or fresh. This is more than understaffed or poor management. Corporate needs to step in.

I ordered a number two, which is a Dave’s combo and I ordered the double they didn’t give me any lettuce, tomato pickles, or onions on it just a plain burger with cheese. The fries was cold and I ordered the twisted tangerine lemonade and it taste like nothing really because they didn’t put enough syrup in for the taste like tangerine they have some lazy employees. The cashier who took my order wasn’t friendly she looked at me until I looked at her and gave her my order. She never said anything and the menu was broke so you couldn’t even see the menu. I’m just disappointed in the whole store.

The service is completely non-functional. Getting an order right requires significant work, re-work and re-re-work. Be prepared to put effort into getting food.
The general manager was very unprofessional and severely lacking in customer service. I waited 20 minutes for our food while he loitered and flirted with another customer in front of us. After waiting 20 minutes, our food was inedible. The biscuit was so hard it was uneatable. I will be contacting the corporate. Videos and photos taken.

Never got to the food. 3 employees behind the counter, 3 employees in front of the counter. One of them acknowledged me but was on break. After a while I left. The lady on break volunteered to take my order. 5 cars was in the drive thru, two cars was waiting in front of the drive thru, and no cars was at the window of the drive thru. Obviously there is a management issue here. With so many other fast food restaurants near, this business will suffer loss if it doesn't change.
