A lady in about her late 40s - 50s that’s missing half of her right bottom teeth took my order. I repeated my order to her at least 4 times. I even pointed at the menu when she told me they didn’t have a “#6”. I tried to be very patient with her. I told her specifically what toppings I wanted on the one that was the way it comes. I kept telling her “spicy chicken sandwich”. One plain & one all the way. She told me if I wanted a hamburger. No! I want 2 spicy chicken sandwiches!They gave me my order, I went to my car, and I checked the order. Everything was wrong. I ordered a 6 sandwich plain & a 6 sandwich all the way, the way it comes. I got 2 crispy (idk what number they are) one with lettuce, tomato and mayo. And one with mustard, onions, lettuce and tomato.I went back in there & told them my order was wrong. She took the order and the receipt to another coworker and explained the situation with an attitude. Her coworker then told her she rung it up wrong. I’m sorry but that woman had me extremely pissed.I never like to make a bad review on someone since I know what it’s like to work in restaurant business but god damn she needs another job because she doesn’t even know how to ring up an order. I would understand if I had only told her once, but I told her SEVERAL times.

Customer service [employees] act as if they would rather not be doing the job they get paid for which causes me to feel a sorta way to the folks because LET SOMEONE WHO'S IN NEED OF A JOB THAT ACTUALLY WANTS TO WORK TO ACTUALLY WORK!!!!Parking: Just wish there was a back entrance available to the parking lot also.

Everyone was very nice and the food was made to order! The bathrooms were very clean. The entire establishment, which is HUGE, was very nice and well kept. The soda machine had a ton of different options. The condiment area was super clean and well organized. This team is doing a great job! Plenty of free parking. Easy access on and off the highway.

Management is Terrible!Food is Terrible!Customer service is Terrible!It’s illegal to not provide receipts for your purchases in any state in any retail, restaurant etc and every time I had purchased food from there I wanted a receipt and they said they don’t provide receipts anymore!!!!!!Something fishy going on?

Ordered kids meal chicken nuggets, kids meal cheeseburger and Junior bacon cheeseburger ? plain. Kids cheese burger had hard cheese melted on it but was not warm. JBC was not plain and also had hard melt cheese in the cold burger. I am traveling so I had to stop, turn around and go into the store. I informed the “manager” that I felt that the food was not fresh, her response was “ I didn’t make it”. She then informed me that in order to get a refund, I had to return the juice that came with it. She returned my card with an attitude as if I had inconvenienced her by asking for a refund. No apology for the issue or the inconvenience that it may have caused me and my children. The name on the refund receipt says Estephany. The “manager” was rude and probably should be demoted if she can’t effectively handle conflict and customer issues.
