I love Arby's, but man their food is expensive! And there is always a bit of a wait, but food is usually made fresh to order.
I haven't met a person there that didn't have a good attitude.
We would go more, but can't afford it.

I used door dash for my order Arby's was listed as a vendor. I ordered the pork pulled barbecue sandwich it was not in my bag!
I went back and it was taken down from their menu. I looked on the Arby's website and it said the sandwich was unavailable if that's true why was it listed on the menu for door dash!

Noone was here when I got here. Been waiting for my food for over 10 minutes and still haven't reciveed it with no one coming to speak with me or anything. It's 9 on the dot so you can imagine still waiting as I write this review and it closes at 10pm why I'm confused.

Whoever was working the drive-through on June 7 at 8 PM needs to be fired. Personality of a wet blanket. You tell her the order she tells you to pull around like you’re just so annoying her for even being there. Then she tells you with a three sandwich order you need to pull up behind the person in front of you who also was made to pull over and I sat there for 15 minutes for three lousy sandwiches. She just practically throws the bag at you through my car window and stomps off. The restaurant was not busy. It was only me and another car in the line. No excuse for us to have to wait for our food and have service like that. There’s too many other people out of work that would probably have loved to have been doing what she was doing. Food is decent enough, service needs to be worked on.

I’m sitting here at 9:52pm and was told at the drive thru that the restaurant is closed for the night. If you’re supposed to be open till 10, the very least you can do is honor your store hours. Upper management, if you’re monitoring this at all, the date is May 10, 2025. I didn’t think that I had to take into account for the lazy staff and show up an hour before you close just to make sure you’d be open.

I ordered roast beef sandwiches on Saturday. I watched the woman making the sandwiches take the roast beef out of a tray where it has been sitting. As you can expect they were dry and tough. Cut to thick and texture was like leather. Please stop the laziness and cut the roast beef to order. As a high school student many year’s ago I worked at an Arby’s, it’s not hard to make fresh sandwiches.

I had a coupon for two for $7 gyros. I got two Greek style gyros and they were delicious. Loaded with meat, the right amount of tzaziki sauce, lettuce, tomato on a soft pita. Chefs kiss. I'm not a big fan of the roast beef sandwiches but I don't particularly like roast beef so thats not surprising. However, the french dip and the greek gyros are worth the visit. I'll be back to use a similar coupon on the French Dip sandwiches.

While not really any reason to complain, more like sharing our experience....this particular location is not very consistent in regards to providing great service. One day the service is above and beyond, and I mean impressive! The next visit we may get bare minimum, occasional eye roll or frustrated if having to repeat anything, and be prepared to get a huff and s puff in the event we ask for extra napkins or a receipt. This was what our most recent experience was. We felt like we were an inconvenience to their day. Sorry we caught you at a bad time drive through staff.

This is probably my last trip to Arby's. I get inflation but to say this chicken sandwich was 1/4 inch is being generous. Most was hard as a rock and 2/3 size of the bun.

When we dumped the fries is was a mix of curlys that was obviously a bottom scoop with crinkles (not requested) that filled up the bottom.

I'm guessing this is the "Arby way" in 2024. A hard future pass.

I ordered a french dipcombo. When did they start coming on slider rolls because it's barely as big as a sauce packet and I'm not sure what kind of meat was on it it looks like I got the crumbs and shavings from the slicer kinda reminds me of wet pet food consistency. And i dont think the amount of meat of meat was correct its serving weight for the french dip is supposed to be 327g compared to the double roast beef sandwich that serving weight that was 239g there is no way that french dip had more meat than a dbl roast beef sandwich. Got 2 stars because the potato cakes were hot. And they need to work on being more friendly at the speaker and window.

Welcome to Waxhaw! Although 2nd time we went there, they completely got our order messed up. Hopefully, that was a fluke and not a common occurrence.
