My first time ever trying bojangles. The fries were probably the worst I've ever had from a fast food chicken spot. They were flat, over seasoned and stale. The chicken sandwich was actually NOT bad for a fast food chain. But nothing I'd find myself craving. It's convenient. I should mention I'm not a fan of MOST fast food fried chicken. I don't like KFC or Popeyes; however was curious to give this a try. Customer service was actually excellent through drive-thru, very friendly and quick.

This is the worst bojangles I have ever encountered. The last visit they got my order wrong but bc I knew they'd screw it up, I had them read it back to me. They handed me my bag of food and I asked if that was everything, she said to have a good day. Half way down the road I realized that I was missing my hash rounds. Went back and had to sit in drive thru again bc the dine in was closed. Got what they didn't give me to later find that the biscuits were thrown together and not even properly wrapped. Like they were thrown into the bag with the paper. Whoever runs this location needs to be fired. They will ALWAYS get your order wrong! It has never failed! The driest chicken I've ever eaten.

Just moved to NC and wanted to try Bojangles. Went 10/9/21 6:35 pm and waited in a short line of about 5 cars for an amazing 25 minutes, got to the speaker at 6:57 pm to order and was just told "We're closed" after I watched the car in front order no problem. Closed on a Sat night at 7pm? I asked the girl why? No Answer and then "Why did you let me and others wait if you had to close early"? She said again "We're closed" no other response with a rude tone like I should have known they would be closed. After that, I'll never eat Bojangles

They've changed their hours from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm without notice. Poorly run and high turnover.

Im stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes wtf!!!! Damn McDonald's rejects work here. I thought I could go here and grab some food and get back to work but not that easy. Avoid this place like the plague!! Worst bojangles ever!!!!

They have been out of chicken supremes for what feels like forever. I'm done going to this restaurant only to be told they are out.

Went inside for a to-go order (inside was completely empty except for the manager sitting at a table) and I was completely ignored at the front. Workers were walking from front to back and there is a glass window that they clearly could see me from. After someone finally came out with zero greeting, I ordered, waited for my food, and overheard the workers loudly using profound language to make fun of the drive-thru orders. The manager could clearly hear the workers but did nothing. When I received my meal, I checked to see if it was correct and it was not - I ordered mac n cheese and coleslaw for the 2 fixins and instead there were 2 bags of French fries. I'm glad I caught this before I left. This place is very unprofessional and I would highly recommend checking your order before you drive away. Update: the fries that were accidentally given (they let me have it since they can't take food back) were NASTY - extremely stale and extremely salty!!!

Dont take away the pulled pork vinegar sandwich PLEASE. With all the chaos and changes due to COVID, it let me take a moment with no worries and enjoy the best fast food I've had in MANY YEARS

Arrived at around 9:15 pm. We were told to pull to the front. Three vehicles were already parked and waiting for their food. After 20 minutes I walked around to the takeout window. The girl said they were out of Mac and cheese. We finally got some food but not what we ordered because they ran out.
I was always hesitant to try it at the previous location due to all of the negative reviews. Since they moved, I've gone multiple times. The service is good, they've gotten the order correct every time, and the food is consistent and good. No complaints.

New location and building in Waxhaw same poor execution of quality products. Chicken was warm but beyond hold time and smell bad. Fries were hot but hard, how is that even possible. Biscuit was the highlight. I was so disappointed I took everything back to wait in line again as only Drive thru was open. No wonder so many competitors in chicken segment are coming to the Charlotte region.

Thanks A LOT! Drove an hour out of the way to find something to eat, because you cannot so much as take a few seconds to update your hours..?!?!!? We came back from out of state and decided to get something closer to home so that it would be hot when we arrived. We pull in and all the employees and their friends were standing in the parking lot yelling at us "Oh, we closed at 11". SERIOUSLY!? Everything online states they are opened for another hour.VERY Upsetting! AND We Will NEVER EVER come back, based upon principle alone. What an incredible inconvenience!!!!!!!!!We could have grabbed dinner 15 minutes back, but now THEY ARE CLOSED! Ugh! Argh! Thanks A LOT!
