I had a great experience at the Bojangles in Waxhaw! The associate Matt always provides amazing service and goes the extra mile to make sure everything I order is in my bag before I leave. It’s refreshing to see that kind of attention to detail. The manager Stephanie also does a fantastic job keeping the store organized and very clean, which makes the whole visit even better. Definitely one of the best Bojangles locations around.

3rd in a row poor experience at bojangles. This time waxhaw. Drive through, order wrong, had to wait, poor food. Attached is a picture of egg, overcooked. Once egg turns brown it tastes horrible. Sad part is bojangles has great tasting food when its done right. The execution lately has just been bad, its not just this location, one indian land and charlotte are just as bad. Do better bojangles!!!

Every time we go, it takes 20-30 minutes to get “fast” food. Go somewhere else.

The food has been ok but they have a hard time getting the order correct. I went last night and ordered dirty rice, cajun pinto, a biscuit, and a 6-piece bo bite. I got 2 dirty rice, a spicy chicken biscuit, and the smallest bo bites. The chicken was overcooked, i wasn't very impressed.

Went through Bojangles in Waxhaw today we had an order of $57.02 and we handed him two $50 bills no where does it say that they did not accept $50 bills it is that he was too uneducated to count change back won’t be doing business here again this is the prime example why people should still have to have at least a kindergarten education to know how to count and read to work somewhere

This place sucks it's supposed to be fast food it take for the 40 minutes to get two orders employees sucks
It was a good run. Fire everyone. Time to start over and get new employees, starting from the top.
Forcing customers to pull over for a Bo-berry biscuit and forgetting about said order until the customer walks in is ridiculous. They have an AI bot taking orders, but that savings can’t pay for people who give a crap about customer support.
Never any Bo rounds here. Never anybody behind the counter. The list goes on..

Didn’t get her name but the girl working at the window with dark poofy hair and big lashes has the worst attitude. The service was horrible, she had no manners, and her tone was unprofessional. The place was not busy at all so there was no reason for an attitude to be given out and lashed onto those in the drive thru. The girl needs to learn how to control her anger or take it elsewhere.

Every time we go through the drive through our order is never right. The food is over done and the just don't get the order right. Ever. It used to be a nice place to go.

Staff is rude, aggressive and has no business in customer service. My order was wrong and instead of apologizing and correcting they were rude and said I was wrong. After I proved to them my order was incorrect no apology just more attitude. Food was cold and not worth the trip. Will never go back.

The people who work here don’t do a good job; something is always missing from the order, and the Curbside service is terrible. I arrived at the parking lot, and they never brought the food to my car. I had to get out and go inside, and when I asked why they didn’t come out with my food, they told me they were a bit busy. I was the only person waiting outside, there was no one in the drive-thru, and it was empty inside. Very poor service.

Awful Experience at Bojangles in Waxhaw, NC – Avoid at All Costs!
I thought Bojangles would be a quick stop, but this place proved to be anything but. I went inside to order two simple meals and ended up waiting over 20 minutes! Even after all that time, no one seemed to care. When I finally spoke up, mentioning how long I’d been waiting, one of the workers in the back had the nerve to mock me. Instead of addressing the issue, they laughed – showing absolutely zero respect for the fact that I’d been standing around waiting for basic service.
As if the wait time and disrespect weren’t bad enough, the entire restaurant was disgusting. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in days, and the tables and booths were filthy. I asked one of the workers for a napkin so I could at least try to wipe off the booth myself. Incredibly, he reached down into a questionable-looking bucket and handed me a soaking wet, dirty rag! It was dripping all over the counter, the computer, and even the card reader. He actually had the audacity to say, “Just throw it away when you’re done.” Are you kidding me?
It’s clear they’re either massively short-staffed or completely lacking in management – maybe both. No one here seems to care about basic cleanliness, respect, or customer service. Waiting 20 minutes for fast food is one thing, but to be treated like an inconvenience and handed a dripping rag to “clean” my booth is a whole new level of unprofessionalism.
If you value your time, your patience, and basic cleanliness, avoid this Bojangles like the plague. It’s not worth the hassle or the attitude!
