Never order takeout from the Waxhaw Dominos . My pizza took over an hour to get and I’m literally 5 min from the store . The pizza was hardly cooked so much so that I had to put it in my over to cook it more . I ordered it with Ham and Pineapple and 3 of the pieces had no ham or pineapple on it. Hardly any sauce at all on the entire pizza. When I called to check in my delivery since it was taking so long someone answered after about 20 rings and immediately put me on hold and never came back to the phone so I just hung up . My recommendation is call the Wesley Chapel Dominos .

Domino's Pizza has changed drastically to be so freakin. Good ! It is better than Pizza Hut or Papa John's. I cannot believe they are this good. They were not like this a couple of years ago... but now it is soooooooo good !!!!. You should really try

The two young men behind the counter were very kind and patient with me. I have a stutter and they did not bat an eye when I said pepperoni 10 times. Very appreciative of their kindness.
We ordered delivery through their website, and yes, as mane others had said before - we have to wait, more than hour for the food to be delivered. But the pizza itself was fantastic! We got Deluxe, along with some bread twists, stuffed bread and chicken. Pizza was marvelous, very fresh ingredients, nice crust, bread twists were a hit for the kids, stuffed bread might be a bit too heavy for us personally, but I’m sure will be appreciated by cheese lovers. Everything was warm, carefully packed, so definitely will order again, just keep in mind the delivery time. Oh, and we also got a coupon for a discount/free pizza, without any asking, so thank you for the service, guys.

Ordered our food at 930 pm. It’s now 1100 pm. I’ve been on hold with the store for 25 minutes. Where’s my food?Update: we’re at 30 minutes. I just want to cancel the order at this point, but they aren’t answering the phone. I can’t get a hold of anyone through the app, the website, or the phone. This is disappointingly awful service.Update: food never showed. Never got anyone to answer the phone. We just had the charge hit our account. Tried calling again and nobody answered.

Horrible service! We ordered our pizza online after coming home from a 10 hour drive leavinf FL. As you can imagine we are extremely hungry, tired, and just need a quick bite to eat arriving home. We only had $100 cash and the driver said he couldnt take $100 we offered to pay for it over the phone since he already had our food ready to be delivered and dropped off the driver said he wouldnt wait for us to call he then proceeded to go into his car and take off. When we called the store the manager was also nasty had terrible customer service was unwilling to help or resolve the issue. We will not be ordering from this dominos ever again and hope others see this review before having to go through what we did.

I have had several bad experiences with this store. I made a complaint last time because I ordered pizza for a birthday party and what they brought me was a joke. Then last night, I ordered $72.00 worth of pizza, and when the driver gets there, we are told, "we don't accept $100.00 bills." We always tip, so that was confusing. Then the extra cheese pizza had hardly any cheese, and sauce was on top of cheese plus dumped on its side. Missing a piece of chicken and crust was flimsy and fell apart on one of the specialty pizzas. That was the final straw. We are taking our business elsewhere.✌️

Placed my order tonight delivery. I had made an error on my address number upon mobile ordering and the delivery driver had went to my neighbors. No big deal. I had got all of my orders and my 2 liter was forgotten so he had to go back to get it. No big deal. I realized he forgot the condiments we ordered as well, so I called the store and man they really need to work on their phone system. They tell you to press a number to reach a specific person to better assist but each time you do they say the number is invalid. Finally, after the run around with the phone auto system, by this time my driver was most likely already on the way back with my forgotten 2 liter drink. Someone finally answered & I explained what happened. He said he would make sure they put the condiments in the bag. Guess what? The driver came back with just the soda. No condiments. Now, I wouldn’t make it such a big deal but they charge you for the “extra condiments “ My suggestion please work on the automatic phone system. Now I’m out a few cents and condiments.
