Do you like hot coffee? You have a 50/50 chance of getting it. Do you like hot food? You have a 15% chance of getting it. Do you like dealing with extremely rude individuals? You have a 90% chance of that happening. I've gone to this location 20 plus times, when in a rush, this past year. Save yourself from a terrible atmosphere and go to any of the other coffee places around Waxhaw. No matter how much of a rush you're in, it's not worth it.

Terrible service most of the time and the coffee is middle of the road especially for the price. One time I even saw a guy almost running into the drive through line flipping customers off. what the hell is wrong with our country

Worst facility I’ve ever been to. Management is terrible if that’s what they are and the staff is awful , not friendly at all don’t know common words like thank you and your welcome . Prices keep going up and half the time they’re out of things by 930am including yes donuts .. last year they had a good run but all those people are gone so now it’s just terrible !!!

It’s time to give up on this store. I’m convinced that in the employee manual there is a mandated section that requires the employees to pull the order directly out of the fridge (no need to heat it)…..put half the order in the trash, and give you the other half…….thereby fulfilling their direct orders to give you an incomplete order that’s guaranteed to be perfectly chilled and ready to be cooked the minute you get to your destination. I feel compelled to give this store the exact amount of stars that equal the employee’s and managements collective IQ. This was time number three that this has happed (out of 4 visits over the course of a year) so shame on me for sure. Would give negative stars if possible. Funny thing is, I only get this garbage for my kids…..and it’s caused a meltdown in the car every time because the food is so bad. Will go out of my way to avoid this place. Congratulations on being legitimately the worst restaurant in (and around) the Charlotte area! Bravo!

I just returned from Boston, Atlanta, and Chatanooga and went in many many Dunkins during the trips. Today I went to my closest in Waxhaw NC and was thrilled with the service. The young lady was very friendly, assisted with my order, and helped me use points for part of my order and pay for the remainder. My order came out quickly and with a smile. Her name is Haley. I asked if she was new as I have had some issues in at this location in the past. But she said she usually worked the closing shift and had been there a while. Anyway her service was far and beyond the service in the other locations I have been in, even those in Boston, home of Dunkin. As a HR Professional, I recognize potential when I see it. She has great customer service skills and I hope Dunkin moves her along in her career. Great job Haley.

Been in the drive through line 16 minutes so far and they keep serving people inside but haven't served the drive through once in the past 16 minutes. I can't get out because of the design of the drive through line so basically trapped until they decide to free us. This is extremely frustrating.

Update: 25 minutes still haven't moved. Wish I could leave and never come back but still trapped.

Overall it’s as good as you expect a Dunkin Donuts restaurant to be!
It has great location and only thing that I don’t like, but is not their fault, is the very long drive through lines!

Don't order on app for walk in pick up to save time. They randomly hang a sign on the door stating the lobby is closed

If I could rate everything a negative rating I would. By far the worst Dunkin location I have EVER experienced in my existence on this earth. Even after speaking with the manager many times nothing has changed. It’s been like this for like 2 years now. I keep trying to give it a chance but it’s always a let down every single time :)
