We have a great experience every time we go to El Vallarta (which is often). The food is always cooked to our liking and the service is fantastic. As soon as we sit down, they are dropping off chips and salsa for our table. They are also very reasonably priced.
This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. The food is always delicious and the margaritas are great! I have gotten the street tacos twice now and each time, I have been overjoyed with the taste and freshness of the dish.
