This was my 1st experience and I was EXTREMELY HAPPY. My food was hot and fresh. The 16" Combo pizza is hands down the best pizza I've had in decades. Not only will I be back I highly recommend this business to all. Forget about Domino's and Pizza Hut they're not on this level.

Food was good service was very lacking. We were the only table in the restaurant for 2 and a half hours and the waitress only check on us 2 times in the whole 2 or 3 hr we were there. The waitress just sat on a stool behind the counter.

Had a wonderful birthday party for my 13yo and a small (but loud) group of friends. The staff were amazing! We were able to set up with all our stuff and spread out. The pizza was delicious and everyone had an amazing time! So thankful to everyone at Ice Cream and Pizza Works for keeping me sane and helping to make it a fantastic day!

My Daughter and I went in for some ice cream and had a fantastic Brownie Sundae! It was soooo good!The girls who were working were so nice and were great with my Daughter.Briley was the one who attended to us, and she was so sweet and polite. She went above and beyond for us, so I can’t thank her enough.Even though we didn’t eat the food, it smells amazing and we will be going back for that part!Great place, great people, and thanks to Briley!
This place is always amazing! I’ve been getting food from here for a very long time even back when they was at their old location. Over a decade of eating here from time to time and it’s been perfect each time. Never had a bad experience :)

Tries this place for the first time. Good service and friendly atmosphere and they custom made the pizza. Enjoyed the food and service. Pizza and pasta were good. If cheese is not your thing ask for less cheese. Jalapenos was a bit sour in the pizza.
Ice cream and pizza work, I moved to Charlotte for two years and so, it is until 3 month ago I found this place. I finally decide to take some pictures today. My favorite is the regular pizza and calzones sausage with pepperoni. They remind me of those I had in New York❤️?. So I took a video of the outside, now you won’t miss it. It usually is 40 minutes wait minimum, call ahead!Kid-friendliness: Ice cream says it all!Parking: 2 Handicap parking right in front of the store.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious seating area and restrooms.
