2.49 for an egg. SHAME ON YOU
They were not fast. With the amount of time I waited in the drive thru line I could have gone to a sit-down meal, ordered, gotten my food, and packed up my leftovers. The guy in front of me literally turned off his car.
They did great tonight. Girl taking the order was super fast and efficient
Ordered a breakfast burrito and a biscuit gravy combo. The lady handing off the bag was too busy to look at or even acknowledge the fact I was in the drive through and handed the bag to me while her back was turned to chat with a coworker. Went back through the drive through, she handed me someone elses order, presumably the car behind me, and I declined. I told her we were missing a hash brown and she comes back holding it, two fingers on the food, two fingers on the paper. Poor effort with poor execution. Another terrible McDonald's.
We had a horrible Door Dash experience but the team there remade our food & treated us with the kindness! I will always return to this location bc they seriously deserve raises
the worst mcdonald’s ever.
Came in for breakfast at 10:25 AM. Kiosk was messing up, I finally got to speak to a live person at 10:31 AM and was told I couldn’t get breakfast because they stopped serving it at 10:30.
Literally 60 seconds past their limit because of their screwed up kiosk and no one there that could actually perform a Cognitive Task.
Always very clean and people are polite. Clean bathrooms. We love stopping there with my son for an egg mcmuffin breakfast!
Delivery: Don't order from here. Especially group or bigger orders.
In person:
Double check your orders!
Everytime; whether it is drive-thru, dine-in, take-out, or delivery; I have to go back for missing or incorrect items. Once in a while it's not big deal. But it has happened to me consistently on the past 7 orders/visits and I'm finally publicly complaining.
I would warn away any business / social group from ordering, or at least have someone personally check your items before leaving.
Sterile and cold. You can go here late at night, order and get your food, and not interact with our maybe even see another human. Kinda creepy.

I had to wait 25 minutes for a double quarter pounder meal size large. And when I did finally get it, the fries were cold.
Didn’t blend my frappé and forgot the toy in my happy meal. I got a happy meal to be happy, not to be disappointed with a sad meal.

Not that we go to McDonald's oftened, but when we do this location is closest to our home and it's a bit of a treat. That said, more often than not, the employees seem bothered and almost angry. So much so that now when I prepare to go, I set my mind to being positive and lighthearted. I hope to be that customer who brings a bit of contagious happiness to the drive through for them, but it's never been well received. I don't know if it's due to a toxic work environment based on the management style or simply lack of customer service training, but as a customer, the social interaction, in addition to the meal, should be in all what I'm paying/giving my money towards. After my last visit today 1/9/25 @4pm, I've decided that if we choose to eat McDonald's, then we'll be doing so from a different location.
Was in and out in under 2 minutes. That’s service.
The young cashier at the drive-thru got my order wrong. I paid for the car's order behind me, which was one kid's meal. I ordered more than that. The supervisor put the rest of my order as a promo. So, I ended up paying $3 for an $11 order. Kudos to the supervisor. And, to the young cashier, hang in there. That's a tough environment to work in. But this experience will help you as you get older.
