Went in to order 2 bundt cakes one regular & one without frosting the banana ones. Was told they couldn't do that one without frosting but we just got one 2 days before so the girl asked again and said they would do that for me. So I waited and saw it setting in the back ready but the girls just kept talking in the back so had to keep waiting. We have never received this kind of service before hope we never again from this location. Felt like we where nothing them.

Once I discovered Nothing Bundt Cakes, these cakes are my GO TO dessert for celebrations! The staff is always super nice and helpful. The cakes travel well and last several days in the fridge if you need to get one in advance. I love all the flavors, but white chocolate raspberry and lemon are my two favorites. The tower cake is great for a large party. The bundtinis are awesome for office gatherings, etc. And, we almost always grab a couple bundlets too...because why not?! They are great to give as gifts as well. I'm hungry for another bite of my delicious bundt cake just writing this review!

The location gave my ordered cake to the wrong customer. The employees need to be more careful reading out names and what exactly is being taken home by each customer who has already paid in full. Then then suggested I bring home a cake that the wrong customer was returning ?♀️
