Horrible!!! I got a bunch of bread and nothing else. This restaurant literally STOLE MONEY from me by giving me half baked bread a little bit of sauce, cheese and a couple of toppings on it. Drive 10 miles out of the way to avoid this place if you have to. I feel violated.

My wife placed an order this MORNING at 7:20AM to be ready for pickup at 5pm. When she got to the shop AT 5PM they hadn't even put the pizzas in the oven yet. This location is a joke and clearly not concerned with customer service. The guy behind the counter basically said he didnt care and to pound sand.

The food delivered was slightly different than what I ordered but didnāt realize it until after I opened the boxes and the driver was gone. Turns out the address on the box was for someone else, so the driver mixed up the orders. It was close enough to my original order so we just said not a big deal, weāll take it. Didnāt call or complain, nothingā¦ but 45 mins later the same delivery driver knocked on my door with more food in his handsā¦ he said we saw from our end you didnāt get what you ordered the first time, so we wanted to make it right. Talk about great customer service!!! Maybe the other house complained about the original order, but we didnāt, yet Papa Johnās still went out of their way to still make mine right too when they didnāt have to.

Normally the pizza is good but tonight's order plus chicken wings were absolutely not good at all. On top of that our order was 30.00 when we went in to pick up the order they refused to take a 100.00 bill other than that we had a 50.00 bill again refused to accept it. Had to leave go to Harris Teeter buy a 20oz drink just to break the 50. This experience did it for us, will stick with a different pizza place in the future will not return to Papa Johns.
We got a burnt hard and cold pizza from this location, itās 2 min from home but we prefer the Indian land location.

Ordered an Italian Trio over the phone but I guess the AI didnāt understand what that meant. My order was just Italian Sausage. Got home and found there was at best 3-5 pieces of 1/2 dime size sausage pieces on a large pizza slices. Talk about price gouging.
