Friendly staff offering a good variety of comfort food offerings. Nice atmosphere and a great place to watch a game. Came for breakfast, likes the fluffy biscuits and good sausage gravy, over cooked poached eggs though.
Wife and I moved here with the family about 3 years ago and only just discovered Queens South. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for the better part of the last decade I can say they have service down pat. Always a warm greeting, quick seating, and the servers are beyond personable. Basic menu with a few oddities you won't find in other menus. Food for us has been about 50/50.
Pizza is tasty, but thin and a little soggy.
Marinara is delicious.
Mozzarella sticks are what you'd expect.
Chicken alfredo was not good at all. Very dry. And the chicken seemed like it was just bagged, pre cooked chicken. It wasn't a fresh made breaded chicken breast like some places have. Ceaser salad was good. Ranch is good too!.
