Amazing team. Everyone there is super outgoing not your typical store but I love it. The best time I’m in town I will be stopping by.

My sister and I both got drinks but when they handed it to us at the drive through, both of them were wrong and we didn’t notice until it was too late to change anything. My sister ordered an iced white mocha and it was clearly not white chocolate. She didn’t understand what was wrong at first because it was labeled correctly and when I went to drink my Frappuccino with an extra shot of espresso it tasted flavorless and did not have the extra espresso but they charged us for it.

By FAR the happiest, quickest, and friendliest Starbucks crew in the Ballantyne area. Should have a 10 star option!!
great place! got exactly what i ordered, and fast, too! the employees are very kind and considerate.
Great location. I came to this Starbucks a few times and the employees have always done a wonderful job with all my orders. They even leave cute smiley's on my drinks which makes my day. Such a great study/work spot.

My drink always tastes like water it’s so gross
We live in the area, and have used this location for many years. I feel like it is a good day if they get your order right nowadays. Many times i come home with the wrong drink and after coming back you do not get “i apologize for your inconvenience”. Very disappointing
Those saying they were rude to app customers and made them pull up and wait. They stated that because we ordered ahead it would take a minimum of 5-10 extra minutes. At least 6 people pulled up, ordered via speaker, got their drinks, and then left after we were asked to park. Having somebody in the vehicle that have worked for Starbucks we know that it taking extra time is purely out of spite for the customer. Other stores are happy to treat customers the same if not grateful they can already be working on it which saves everyone time.
I recommend that you seek other Starbucks in the area and avoid this store due to the poor and spiteful actions. It gave me concern that they could be inclined to violate health code and either get the drinks wrong on purpose or do something to them.
Whoever runs this store may wish to speak to the staff about workers working off the clock. They had an employee serve us in the parking lot who was out of uniform, then got in her car and left, clearly off the clock. When speaking to the manager about not receiving our drink, and when we did the hot drink without a sleeve, she was rude and clearly condoned employees being out of uniform and working off the clock.
In addition, we observed multiple employees violating corporate policy by not wearing their uniform hats or aprons behind the counter. I will be contacting corporate and the health department due to this interaction and will update this review when I am able to do so.

This starbucks is consistently out of something as part of my drink 50 percent of the time. Drinks average 20 min or more frequently and the customer service is awful. I stood by the counter waiting for the other half of my order and was told it would be placed on the counter when it was ready. 25 min after I ordered I gave up. I mobile order bc I’d like it ready when I arrive and I order 15 min in advance. Finally someone asked what I was waiting for and then was told it was out of stock. 25 min wasted to get my drink missing the topping and my lunch was not available.

i told the lady i had a mobile order but it was set to pickup instead of drive through she said just tip me and i’ll get it for you
unbelievable for a very entry level job with very little communication and service
