I’m giving this place 5 stars because everyone here is great except for this one Indian lady…. Idk her name but I came in on Thursday August 21st with my wife and we walked in and got 2 cookies and asked for water cups and my wife got a soda because she usually does and then the lady said rudely, ma’am, only water for water cups and my wife said oh okay with confusion and said sorry I work here and then the lady working said even more rudely, I am the owner and I’ve never seen you before and so my wife got her water while she was just staring at us and we were going to sit down and eat our cookies and drink our water because it was a nice day to be out so that’s what we decided but then the lady kept staring at us still and mean mugging us so we left…. We wouldn’t recommend going and ordering at this store if you see an old Indian lady working there. But everyone else there is amazing except her… This is not how you treat paying customers.. Idc if it’s only for cookies, if we came in there to buy stuff, we are customers! Do your job better 😐😐😐

I was disappointed that this location didn't honor a coupon or online offer. Food and service are fine, business not so much.

I get coupons in the mail, and even downloaded the app to earn points. Apparently this location does not accept coupons nor have a sign and they tell you after they have made the food. They use to take coupons but now they don't due to new owner. The ladies who always make the food are very sweet and understand how frustrating it is. A sign at the door or window would be nice.

Seems like there's a management issue, for sure. It may be coming down from the franchisee, though. They're actively limiting purchases (no 11.5in longs) from the app, not accepting coupons, and apparently closing early. I imagine that the owner is getting screwed by corporate, like others have been, so they're trying to do whatever they can to maximize profits. In the end, it only hurts the location. Hopefully, it'll go out of business and a local deli will take the reigns.

They don't accept the coupons and doesn't have a sign boarding saying that (at least I didn't see one). I ended up paying double the price for 2 footlongs.

I recommend them to have a sign boarding saying that they do not accept coupons.

Food was good overall.

If you are the owner, you need to fire the young man and young lady that closed your store on february twenty fourth. They stop serving customers at eight thirty seven, telling them they had to close at nine. Refuse to let me sit down at eight forty one.Although I still did. Two customers walked out because of how rude they were to them.

The staff is lovely and tried to be accommodating. However, the refusal to accept coupons (Corporate) was insulting as well as disappointing. Who doesn't enjoy saving a dollar or two? I won't go back.

I’ll start by saying that in the past this has been a great location: good food, clean facility, and friendly staff. My last visit, however, was a completely different story. The two girls working that shift were very rude and I was basically treated as an inconvenience to them. Additionally, when I proceeded to pay, they told me that they are under new management now and no longer accepted coupons. I would have no issue with this if they had told me beforehand but given that they hadn’t said anything prior I feel that they should’ve still honored it. Both of these things definitely rubbed me the wrong way, but the final straw was when I saw a mother walk in with her son as I was leaving (around 8:30pm) and they told her the store was closed when they weren’t even supposed to close until 9:00. Overall this has gone from being one of the best Subway locations I have been in, to hands down the absolute worst.

I came here on July 1st and was greeted by Audrey and Miss Lisa. Let me tell you i sure did feel like home here, they greeted me nicely, talked to me as if i was family, and make sure my sandwich was perfect the way i wanted it. These people went above and beyond to conversate with me as i was waiting to make me feel comfortable in the environment, Ive been a regular for years and I sure haven’t seen people this great since Miss Daniela and Shawnice! I applaud THESE people as it’s a hit or miss coming to subway nowadays. Thank you guys!

This place was terrible. I would rather shove my hand in a beehive than come back here... Employees all looked miserable. And dirty. I was traveling in NC, but this place convinced me to run back to Canada. I don't even think Ontario is far enough away from this dump, booking my next flight to Yukon just be farther away from this place. Oh and the manager looks like she smokes a pack an hour, smells like it too.
