Great staff. Location is clean and their toppings always appear fresh! They always greet the me and have a smile in their faces when I walk in! The Meatball sub is my favorite but one of the workers introduced me to the Buffalo chicken sub and oh my goodness! Went to Subway in Waxhaw with my husband today after my minor spine surgery. I had a coupon and made sure I read the exclusions in the car. Ordered a Teriyaki Onion and an Outlaw. The staff was friendly but not only would they not accept my coupon ( They didn't know why it didn't work)but they also put the wrong meat on the Outlaw Sandwich. Chicken instead of steak. So I am not really thrilled with Subway right now and don't think I will return.

All four orders were incorrect, I sent the order in on line at around 3 pm and this took close to 25 minutes to be ready. Its really sad how this particular Subway has declined.

Came in around lunch rush (Saturday morning) and was everything was sour. The establishment was dirty, and my pick up order was thrown together and sloppy. Like they did not even try. It had the wrong sauces and was very lazily wrapped so everything was dumped out. Won't be ordering again.If you're looking for a better Subway, go to Mineral Springs.

Have not always had the best experience at this location, but decided to try the new heroes subs that came out today. I had the garlic roast beef and my son tried the beast. Was pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed the sandwiches, it was the best Subway experience I’ve had in many years. The Waxhaw store has a brand new GM and Lisa is quite passionate about providing great service, and she came through with that today.

Ordered 3 subs, 2 were right, the 3rd couldnt be more wrong. I orderd a footlong with double meat, I didnt get double meat, I didnt evenget the amount of meat that comes on a standard sub, I've been to subway thousands of times, I get the same exact sub every time, on occasion, like today I'll double the meat. But today this store couldnt get it right, not only did i pay for and not get double meat, they added red wine vinegar on my sub, which made it NASTY! Sorry by a Spicy Italian with Baja Chipoltle sauce is good but you add red wine vinegar and it takes it to a whole new level of NASTY! Taking it back wasnt an option, so I got a nasty sub and nothing to eat - Thanks SUBWAY!I gave it 2 stars because 2 of our subs were right, apparently they let the new trainee who couldnt careless make our third sub!
